Excellent Honest and Efficient I did all of my searching and ordering online through Carvana and will never go to a dealership again! The Carvana reps were knowledgeable, quick, accommodating and friendly and most of all honest. During the detailing of my vehicle prior to delivery they noticed a spot of rust on the vehicle and called me right away to notify me so we could work on a solution. Within 24hrs I had canceled that purchase and had a newer vehicle purchased at the same price with a lower down payment. They offered to fix the rust however I opted to go in the other direction but they were great and very professional to deal with. This process was simple quick and I guarantee you will never want to shop at a local dealership and pay commissions again. Thank you Carvana! More

They charged me twice! I thought easy new and reasonable!! None of the above. First the tires where 50.00 no tread tires, instead of 2 keys just one, could not see the scrat I thought easy new and reasonable!! None of the above. First the tires where 50.00 no tread tires, instead of 2 keys just one, could not see the scratches. Here is the story, I told them up front that i would pay by cashiers check. When the car came the delivery truck gentlemen took a picture of my check and sent it to the home office. Five hours later i get a call from corporate that by accident they had ach or automatically removed the funds from my account. THEY NEVER HAD PERMISSION AND THEY ALREADY HAD BEEN PAYED!. So i had to call fraud detection close my account and stop the transaction. This was $22,000.00, folks. So i stop my life freeze accounts, and of course to re open my account i had to physically go to the bank 2 days later. 2 hours after i release my account they take the $22,000.00 again, and still have my cashier check. YIKES! They never had AUTHORIZATION TO EVEN TRANSFER my funds. They had asked for fund verification but never ever said they where drafting the funds. Unknown to me & days later they notified me that they where sending my check back and were keeping the funds they STOLE from my account! so 2 more days till i received my check back. DO you know what happens when you bounce $22,000.00 in your checking account for a total of 12 days? My goodness a disaster at best without any re reimbursements offered.. be warned, DANGER DANGER, do not use this company. You have been warned More

Easy process, love the car We have had a wonderful experience with Carvana. It was almost scary how easy it was...made us double and triple check everything. But in the end, we We have had a wonderful experience with Carvana. It was almost scary how easy it was...made us double and triple check everything. But in the end, we found a car we loved at a great price and had the perfect experience. We called customer service 3 times for questions and they were always helpful and extremely nice. The guy that helped us at the dealership in Frisco was amazing. He let my son put in the coin to bring the car down and then gave my both kids toys to play with while my husband test drove the car. So far it’s been an incredible experience! I’ll never go to another dealership as long as everything stays like this. More

Great Experience I was not sure in the beginning and thought the whole thing was “too good to be true”, but it turned out to be the easiest and best way to sell my car I was not sure in the beginning and thought the whole thing was “too good to be true”, but it turned out to be the easiest and best way to sell my car. The process was quick, and the pickup was effortless. It took all of 5 minutes to sign a few papers before I had my check in hand and my car was gone. The customer service through the sale was great, and Jan who worked on my deal was very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Few minutes later, I had placed my order, uploaded documents, and signed the contract. I applied for the car the Saturday before Christmas and it was delivered on the 27th! Super easy process, everyone was friendly and helpful, and I only spoke to someone once over the phone. Only slight issue was that my car didn’t have floor mats when it arrived so hopefully those will be in soon. More
