Fantastic experience!!!!! I will not buy a car any other way now that we have purchased a car through Carvana. I am very picky and the only feedback I have is the tracking function via the app does not work. I was told it would work the day of delivery but it didn’t. That isn’t bad at all when you think about the steps it takes to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Carvana for going the extra mile in surprising our daughter with her first vehicle. Amazing!!!! Our local Carvana representative, Kris, was awesome and even sent us a thank you card days after the delivery. Bottom line is a quality vehicle at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!! More

I took the car to a Nissan dealership the same day i got the car to make sure all was good and everything checked out. As of right now, i will never go sit in a car dealership ever again. After a few texts we got on a call to better understand the process and how simple it was to sell my car at a better price than CarMax and they could wrap it up within 48 hours after I uploaded a few documents online with the mobile app. I was extremely impressed with the fluid communication throughout the process and they actually showed up at my home to pickup my car and processed the paperwork in a few signed documents. I have sold many cars back to dealers and tried to sell private party but this was the best experience that I have had with unloading a vehicle. More
