Fantastic experience!!!!! I will not buy a car any other way now that we have purchased a car through Carvana. I am very picky and the only feedback I have is the tracking function via the app does not work. I was told it would work the day of delivery but it didn’t. That isn’t bad at all when you think about the steps it takes to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Carvana for going the extra mile in surprising our daughter with her first vehicle. Amazing!!!! Our local Carvana representative, Kris, was awesome and even sent us a thank you card days after the delivery. Bottom line is a quality vehicle at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!! More

The car was beautiful, detailed and my delivery guy “Cameron” was awesome! Everything they advertise is how it works...everything! They took my old car, paying it off and registration on on the way. I took the car to a Nissan dealership the same day i got the car to make sure all was good and everything checked out. As of right now, i will never go sit in a car dealership ever again. This is the new way to purchase vehicles! I love Carvana. More

After a few texts we got on a call to better understand the process and how simple it was to sell my car at a better price than CarMax and they could wrap it up within 48 hours after I uploaded a few documents online with the mobile app. I was extremely impressed with the fluid communication throughout the process and they actually showed up at my home to pickup my car and processed the paperwork in a few signed documents. I have sold many cars back to dealers and tried to sell private party but this was the best experience that I have had with unloading a vehicle. More
