Screwed me over I purchased a $30k car on April 28. Temporary registration was good until June 6. I called on May 28 to inquire about the registration. After 20 minutes on hold they proceed to tell me that they are working on the registration as we speak. I asked why it wasn’t already submitted and the day”yeah we dropped the ball on that”. They tell me no way I will have my registration completed and to me by the 6th when my temp expires so they will have me a rental on the 6th. I call them on the 6th about a rental and they say they are processing the paperwork. I call them a few hours later and ask again and they say they are processing the paperwork. I tell them it is 3:30 and Enterprise closes at 5. A half hour later an associate from Enterprise calls and tells me they received the paperwork but don’t have any cars available because it is to late in the day. I had to call off work for the first time in over 5 years because again Carvana was either to lazy or to inept to submit paperwork on time. My registration should have been to me in May, it is now July 14 and I still do not have my registration. It has been one excuse after the other with them. They have not been proactive in resolving this situation and rarely reply to my messages. When they do reply it is always another excuse and bland apologies. Bottom line is Carvana is a scam and a bunch of cons. They take tour hard earned money and hang you out to dry with a vehicle that you can’t even drive. I have made $1200 in car payments for a car that hasn’t even been started in almost 2 months. Stay clear of these cons and go to a traditional dealership where everything is done in house and face to face. More

However, the day before my scheduled delivery and only an hour or so after receiving an email reminder about my delivery - I was notified that my car would be delayed a week. Seeing as how I am currently carless, took a day off to take care of the delivery and scheduled a appointment with Honda another day, requested a half day for that as well - this is a huge disappointment and inconvenience. I don't think I'll do this again. More

First and Last We thought we would give Carvana a try since we were getting car for son out of state. Every step of the way in the process there were hoops to jump thru or wrong information given. The car delivery was not on time. The paperwork had to be redone 3 times. The registration took forever. Had to drive with expired temp tags for 2 months now. The plates have not been delivered after 2 attempts. Now have to waste more time at the DMV. We have wasted so much time on the phone just trying to actually talk to someone and then to be told they can't help!!! Had to replace a tire after only having car for two months (I know wear and tear). We have bought several cars now, and are aware of how it works. Carvana, bottom line doesn't have their act together and doesn't care about its buyers! More

My previous vehicle was totaled in an accident and the cash value was just enough to payoff the loan. My insurance has provided me with a rental which is not large enough to accommodate the size of my family. Trying to find a new vehicle that fits my budget and no trade-in to assist with funds for down payment has been a challenge. After weeks of searching online and going to every dealership in the city, I found a vehicle with Carvana. My vehicle reservation, purchase and scheduling the delivery has been a very positive experience. On the day the vehicle was scheduled for delivery is when it went south. Two hours prior to the scheduled delivery time I received a call from Carvana informing me ac is not working on the vehicle I purchased. After being placed on hold for 30 minutes, they stated they have their local mechanic look at the vehicle same day, or I could select another vehicle. This would push out the delivery another full week. This is a $20,000 purchase. I invest time when I make a purchase with that kind of price tag. It’s not a purchase that I can simply select from their website. I’m currently in a situation where I now have no vehicle (because I returned the rental), and I’m insuring a vehicle I don’t even have in my possession. More
