I want to provide an update to say that in the end, I am definitely impressed with Carvana! I freaked out a bit when I received the call that the a/c wasn’t working when my vehicle arrived at the Carvana hub in Oak Creek, WI. They promptly had the vehicle serviced at a local Nissan service center to deliver the vehicle 2 days later. The woman who delivered my vehicle was amazing. Polite, precessional, and truly wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my vehicle purchased. She went above and beyond. Even left Carvana goodies and a gift basket for me to find in my new vehicle.
