Forget everything you think you know about buying and selling cars. The experience is NOTHING like using car dealers and easier than eBay... it’s literally like buying on Amazon.com. In fact, if it weren’t for state and DMV paperwork, that’s exactly what it’s like - and spectacular customer service to boot. Shout out to Alison Rose and Jake who really shined :-) More

Fraud BMW 650i.... piece of crap. Listed as good condition on website. The guy who came to deliver it said he wouldn't accept the car himself. Interior was BMW 650i.... piece of crap. Listed as good condition on website. The guy who came to deliver it said he wouldn't accept the car himself. Interior was trashed and the car smelled like a dead animal. The delivery guy said the detail shop couldn't get the smell out. Based on Carvana's website a car in this condition shouldn't even be for sale ob their site. The car wasn't even the color that was listed. The website said blue and the car was black. Supper pissed off. Will never use Carvana again and will make it a point to tell anyone who will listen what an awful expierence I had with them. I let them pull my credit, I gave them personal banking information for a xxxxxxxx fraud. I am going to show the add to an atorney and explain in detail what happened and I hope to god there is something he thinks we can sue for. More

Failed delivery!!! TWICE Carvana is terrible when it comes to delivery. We were scheduled more than twice and each time we got bumped. These were times that they made avai Carvana is terrible when it comes to delivery. We were scheduled more than twice and each time we got bumped. These were times that they made available for us and then when it came time to deliver they could never meet times. Forcing us to drive to them, or having them drop off at another date. I still don't have the car after two failed delivery dates and now I'm debating if I should go in a different direction. They also lack customer service at the local shops. Not quite different as a regular dealership Went through all of the steps to purchase a vehicle through Carvana, set my delivery date for 4 days out. 24 hours before scheduled delivery time I ge Went through all of the steps to purchase a vehicle through Carvana, set my delivery date for 4 days out. 24 hours before scheduled delivery time I get a call... their transport truck has broken down, and next available delivery date is 12 days later. After talking and working with one representative and two supervisors, they were unwilling to budge on any sort of compensation for the predicament their faulty equipment put me in. To sum up, their “no haggling” policy works both ways, if they drop the ball YOU are the one that suffers for it. More
