Trade-in process was also very easy and simple, and I received what I thought was a very fair trade in price. Online paper work was easy to upload. Car was delivered as promised on date/time, and was punctual. All the paper work, test drive, loading trade-in was done in 20 minutes or less. Best part: I told them the car was a surprise gift for my wife, and they put balloons and a gift basket in back for her. Perfect!!!! More

My experience this time buying a Kia Sedona from them was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. I think their issue was they might have been getting new computer systems, but wow. I signed the contract around 5 times because they kept changing things on it or said I had never signed it. They once told me they could not deliver the vehicle on the promised date because it had drive-train issues, then called me a day later and said that was a mistake. When we picked up the vehicle we had a small problem, but finally we signed all the documents to pick up the car, and were shown the car and told to take it for test ride and if we had any questions the salesperson would be there to answer them. We took it around the block and when we got back my wife walked inside yelling for someone but nobody was around. Since we had signed the documents we left and drove home. When we got home, we got a call from them dressing us down for taking the car without signing all the documents. I requested they bring them to me, but they said no, so we had to drive 30 minutes back to Carvana. When I got in the car and adjusted the seatback to fit me instead of my wife, the seatback reclined all the way to a laying down position and wouldn't raise again. I had to use a pillow to prop up my back so I could drive it back to Carvana. When we got there we were told Carvana would not fix it. We had to drive it to the Kia dealership and have them fix it (but was covered by the Kia warranty). Overall, it was an extremely frustrating and difficult way to buy a car. I get the sense that Carvana has expanded too quickly and has let their quality mission fall by the side in favor of sales volumes. More

I spent over an hour taking to various representatives and despite a difference of only $300, they were unwilling and unable to fix the situation even though they agreed that the revised price was accurate. They wanted me to take the car and come back the next day in order to get the $300. Overall, I despised this transaction and would be extremely hesitate to deal with Carvana in the future. I would look into Vroom or CarMax for a better service. For a company that prides themselves on technology, they couldn't figure out how to fix a $300 discrepancy. So poor! More

amazingly uncomplicated and buyer friendly process We ordered a used Mercedes from more than 2000 miles away on a Monday. It was supposed to be delivered the following Saturday at 12:30 p.m. A Carvana We ordered a used Mercedes from more than 2000 miles away on a Monday. It was supposed to be delivered the following Saturday at 12:30 p.m. A Carvana truck pulled in that Saturday @ 12:29. The car was detailed, inside outside, a full tank of gas and in very nice condition. The 7 days 400 miles grace period for a return and full refund is remarkable. We had no technical problems with the car. I think it would be better to not just point out one minor scratch on the hood in the description and leave out some other even more visible dents and scratches, because it kind of makes you feel there is nothing wrong with the looks other than that one blemish on the hood. We bought extended warranty with Carvana, in the obligations it reads oil changes have to be done every 5000 miles. The manufacturer's warranty requires the service done every 10000 miles. That is something I still have to talk to Carvana about. Their warranty policy shouldn't overwrite the manufacturer's policies. A 15 year old neighborhood boy knew everything about Carvana and told his parents that he wants to have his car delivered in November on his 16th birthday the same way. Last not least the word Carvana should be included in their on-line spell checker :-) More

Carvana was higher than all the other offers I received so it was a no brainier plus I didn't have to bring my vehicle anywhere like most of the dealers that contacted me requested. The actual pickup took less than 20 minutes. I would recommend Carvana to anyone looking to sell their vehicle. More
