DO NOT BUY FROM THEM i purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada with a clean bill of health from Carfax and no report of damange by Carvana. After 6 months the paint began to flak off my rear bumper. Imagine my surprise when a local body tech told me that it be repainted and repainted poorly. This was never revealed to me. When I confronted Carvana - they finally admitted they had "reburbished" the bumper. Refurbished/Repaired no difference in my mind. This should have been disclosed. I suspect this may be happening to others so do not trust a a Carfax from Carvana. $1700 my bumper has been repainted - with a lifetime warranty on it - something Carvana's cheap charlie repair shop did not have. I’m a first time car buyer and I’ve been looking for a car since I was 16 years old and I’m 21 now. I’ve been through the whole dealership spiel so many times and never felt comfortable enough to sign for a car. I spoke with Ethan on the phone for about 30 minutes and in that time he made me feel like Carvana was the right, safe decision for me. Ethan was beyond personable and easy to talk to. He made it seem like we were friends having a casual conversation about cars and truly listened to what I was looking for based off a few cars I had saved. He talked about Carvana in a way that someone would recommend a great service, not pushing a purchase I wasn’t ready for. Ethan asked me many questions about the cars i was interested in and was very knowledgeable about everything. We need more people like him helping with customer service! After our conversation I asked if I could speak with a manager just to gush about our conversation. I spoke with Brian and he thanked me for taking the time to share my great experience. I had saw other reviews regarding the excellent customer service but experiencing it myself is a whole other thing in itself. Keep up the excellent work!! More

The only drawback was I lost out on the 1st car I wanted because it went quick and I was new to the process. Now that I know how it works, I really like it and will consider buying from them again. Vehicle showed up as prescribed but had a check engine light on day 1 and then a dead battery on day three. Obviously a serious quality issue with the products being offered. The entire process was smooth from search start to delivery and beyond. God blessed us to be able to purchase an awesome car for our 17 year old. The car was perfect and the imperfections noted on the website were so small, I would have never found them. Oh yeah, the price of the car and financing was way better than any dealership in the St. Louis area!!!! There was only one Key fob (noted on the website), but we needed another due to the Mykey function. Caravan set us up so we could go to any of the manufactures dealerships to get an additional key fob created at no cost to us. The final bonus was we never had to deal with the crazy day of going to the DMV. Everything was done and plates arrived in the mail. There’s so much more, but this provides the overall picture. Just amazing!!!!! More

She stayed in touch and always answered my questions. No hassles with broken appointments from strangers via text or email, time wasted on indecisive people-none of that.. Carvana was so refreshingly different! Everyone selling a nice used car should check this company out-probably if you are buying as well. Its so honest, professional, and simple. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR THROUGH CARVANA!! Do not buy a car through Carvana. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. If I could give them negative stars I would. Quick approval process and the car got delivered to our house 2 days later 5 minutes before they said they would arrive. The car was delivered on May 5th. It went all down hill from there. First off it had way more "imperfections" than stated on the website. They first said they would cover to have them all fixed than they changed to only doing the bumpers. We took what we could get. Once we agreed to their terms I than had to find a shop and get the estimate myself. Once I sent it to them they than stated that they were not going to cover anything. I than had to spend more time coping and pasting their own correspondence to show where they said they would. And it was this huge time sucker to actually get it done, and the back and forth between them and the warranty company was ridiculous. They then made us pay out of pocket for a rental while the new car was in the shop, and it took over a month of back and forth for them to actually cover the cost. That's just the beginning... We did not receive the new plates after the temporary ones expired. I called the day after they expired and they said there was an issue with the title. No one from there called us to tell us this ahead of time. We had to go through the headache of getting a rental again, that this time they are fully covering. It is now August 22nd and we are still driving the rental. Also we bought a hybrid for a reason and the rental is a huge step down from the car we bought and is not a hybrid. We have been calling every couple weeks to be put on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes (once you buy a care from them this is always the case no matter what you are calling for) for them to tell us it will be another couple weeks and they don't know anything else. This has just been a huge headache and time sucker. We have missed work because of all the time we have had to spend on the phone. And every single time we have had to call them! Not once have they reached out to us to tell us what is going on. The customer service has been absolutely horrible. I am leaving out a bunch of details as far as how much of pain this has been but I think you get the general idea. We bought a car from them to make it easier than dealing with a dealership and this has been so much worse in every way. More
