I looked at the manual and it said do NoT drive it with those 2 warning lights on, take it to dealership immediately!! I called DYLAN, no answer, left message for him to come tow the car to dealership, never called back. Called carvana, held for 49 minutes 3 times, called silver lake since I had bought the extended warranty, they did nothing, said call carvana. Finally cancelled the down payment check, at 3AM. Had them pick up the car Monday evening. Terrible customer service, AFTER they get your money, they ignore you. Service contract is a joke!! Do not use!!!! More

Bad Experience and Carvana did NOT resolve Let me tell you all the issues and you can be the judge: 1) Reserved the car online and it was due to come on Thursday, giving them 2 weeks lead-time Let me tell you all the issues and you can be the judge: 1) Reserved the car online and it was due to come on Thursday, giving them 2 weeks lead-time. I had setup a PPI inspection for Friday, and Thursday morning I was notified that the car was delayed. I had to push out inspection and this also cut into my 7 day return policy window. 2) When I went to pick up the car: - The second key was missing (to be resolved) - The mileage was ~800 miles greater than I was told (they recharged me minimally) - The car was empty of fuel. Had to ask Carvana and wait for him to take it to a gas station to fill up. - The car was filthy and I had to have it detailed even though its advertised as premium detail 3) The inspection found that the car had a failed bearing - the 100 day warranty took care of the repairs, but I just bought the car and then it had to go directly to the shop! 4) The car already had a warning lights on the dash because it was due for service - and the PPI confirmed that the brake fluid was "filthy". After discussing on the phone with Carvana, they told me that they would take care of it - 2 days later I am told by the warranty company that they will not replace brake fluid unless it is at failure! Are you kidding? Also discovered that an oil change will be due very very soon. So I buy a 'premium pre-owned car' and I already have to pay $500 in maintenance? DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT. 5) In the end, resulted in getting a new car and having more trouble than I could have expected. Carvana told me that they would work with me and I was let down. More

Things I didn’t like Delays for both cars I decided to switch to another car They still have not paid my trade in balance and I’m still getting a bill and late fees from former car. I had to bring my car to emissions. It didn’t pass. And then I was getting emails asking me for emissions. Customer service phone is always busy. And they can’t find out answers directly. Still waiting to hear why my trade in that was taken a month ago hasn’t been paid off. So I’m definitely not happy with experience. More

I asked him if I need to follow-up with a reminder and he said no. It has been several weeks now since I took delivery and the part has not arrived. It was a very small part that would not have sank the deal but I still felt lied to. Notwithstanding, I still give the operation 5 stars but advise buyers to be wary of promises made by delivery personnel. More

They did all the work up front, showed up at my house with a check, and were gone in less than half an hour. I would definitely sell to Carvana again. More

Great ordering experience but bad customer service. Great ordering experience but customer service is not the best. I found my dream car on Carvana and decided to buy it. Carvana listed the imperfections the car has which I didn’t mind. But after receiving the car I noticed two deep scratches on the hood; which was not listed on the imperfections. I contacted Carvana and they told me to send pictures of the scratches. I did so and waited to hear back from one of their advocates. They responded the next day and told me my concern is not something they would address as a repair. Here I am thinking, this is something that should have been mentioned in the imperfections because it would have had a great influence in my decision of purchasing the car. I tried to ask to talk to their ASR team and they could only tell me that they do not have a direct number and there is no way of talking to them and that once they make their decision that is basically it. The only option is, is to return the car (if you’re in the 7-day money back guarantee). I’m just cautioning other buyers to be aware of Carvana’s practices when it comes to imperfections and their unwillingness to fix them. I guess it’s just, take it or leave it. But make sure you notice everything before your 7-days are up. More
