Cant deliver in over a month Carvana delated my delivery 6 times, cant seem to explain the problem that is being fixed or what is causing these many delays. Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge of the Process I posted my vehicle for sale on Craigslist and was contacted by Andrew to arrange for selling the vehicle to Carvana. He was professional and asked detailed questions about the vehicle. I was very satisfied with the offer price for my vehicle. He was available for communication via text which was convenient for me whenever I had a question about the sale process and he readily answered my questions. After the vehicle pickup was completed with a different Carvana representative, Andrew followed up with me to ensure that the process was successful and that I was satisfied with the transaction. I met with another Carvana representative named Marcus for the pickup of the vehicle. I was pleased that Carvana offers to meet the customer at a public location of your choosing. This made the exchange convenient for me. Marcus was well prepared with the paperwork and the entire process of signing papers to transfer the vehicle and verifying information took only 10 minutes. Marcus also followed up with me after the transaction. I felt comfortable and at ease with the process and was glad that it went so smoothly. I was very pleased with my experience with Carvana. I have sold vehicles to other car dealerships in the past and the level of respect, kindness, and professionalism exhibited by Carvana's representatives far surpassed that of other dealerships. More

Great Car, Great Process, a Little Loose on Followup. I bought a great vehicle from Carvana, which I love. The purchase and financing was easy and the vehicle was delivered to my house right on time. I was able to test drive and go over the vehicle the same way you do at a dealer. I had 7 days to have the car check out before Carvana took any money from me. I didn't need the free Carvana short term warrantee, but it was nice to know it was there. There is an option to buy an extended warranty also. The car was delivered with a Georgia temporary registration and plate. At this point there were some bumps in the road, which did all get resolved fairly quickly. Carvana wasn't able to provide me with my permanent registration and plates until 5 days after my temporary registration expired. Although Carvana did compensate me for the extra time, it never really needed to happen. I was asked for the VIN Inspection form as the car was brought in from out of state. No problem, except this had already been completed by their own agent in Connecticut. Then I was asked for my insurance card that had been included in another email. Once I sent it, no problem, but the process was delayed by the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Everyone was courteous and it was all worked out. This seems to be a recurring theme with Carvana customer service. So, if you have all your ducks in a row and can afford to be patient, you'll be happy in the end. If not, Carvana might not be for you. More
