Flawless Process I bought a 2015 BMW M4 through Carvana. Their site is one of the best in terms of providing information on the cars for sale: many high-resolution p I bought a 2015 BMW M4 through Carvana. Their site is one of the best in terms of providing information on the cars for sale: many high-resolution photos, Carfax report and often a copy of the original window sticker itemizing factory options. This last is very helpful for car models that had major important features as options; most sellers do a poor job of listing them. The online transaction was simple, but a problem arose when they wanted to verify funds several days prior to delivery. As the funds were in transit, this was not possible - but Carvana was flexible, and rescheduled delivery for a few days later. For this car, Carvana prices are quite good - lower than for equivalent cars sold by BMW dealers, especially, and competitive with other dealers and private sellers. The car arrived on schedule, delivered to my home on a flatbed truck. It was clean, as advertised and with a full tank of gas. Followup details were handled well - the license plates arrived quickly, followed a few days later by the title. All in all, a perfectly smooth and satisfactory purchase - couldn't ask for more. More

Bait and switch I purchased a car from them online and photos don't show all the damages, I get a call that they damaged car in transport when I get there to pick it I purchased a car from them online and photos don't show all the damages, I get a call that they damaged car in transport when I get there to pick it up they say "don't worry, I will take photos and they will fix it" as well as additional damage., the problem is they don't fix it. I then derided to swap for another car but a day later after signing contacts they call and say they need more money down, so I said just leave it alone I will keep the original car until I find one that fits with down payment, in the meantime they had to rebuild the original car and it ended up putting me out of the 7 day return period. very dishonest and deceptive car dealer More

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!! One of the biggest disappointments of my 57 years on the planet. Put a purchase on car they say is coming soon, takes 3 weeks to come soon and this is One of the biggest disappointments of my 57 years on the planet. Put a purchase on car they say is coming soon, takes 3 weeks to come soon and this is for a CASH buyer. They say they sell only non accident cars that they put through a 150 point inspection. Well they LIE and must have very incompetent people doing the inspections.I paid an outside source to check the car, something I advice you do on any used car. The things they found amazed me for a car they supposedly check before selling. Rear windshield wiper not working, breaks in bad need of repair, WORT OF ALL DRIVER SIDE OF CAR HAS BEEN REPAINTED. I was told no way they did not notice this if they inspected the car. Read their reviews on their website closely, all the 5 stars are people that SOLD cars to them. Read the reviews of people like me and they are not that good. I've already told them to pick up the car. Interesting thing is so far I don't see how I can leave a review on their website. Buyer beware of Carvana!!!!!!!!!! More
