Delayed Delivery I will say, I had really high hopes for my experience with Carvana. My order was verified on 09/24 with delivery scheduled for 10/03. Then, the day before the car was scheduled to arrive, I got a call that my delivery was delayed until....OCTOBER 12TH!! What?!?! No one could explain to me why it took eight - EIGHT - days to realize that a piece of weather stripping was missing from the car. Or why the car wasn't even in Pennsylvania yet for that matter. And, why on earth is one days notice an acceptable amount of time to tell someone the vehicle they had been counting on - will now be delivered another THIRTEEN days later?? Guys, this is not a pair of shoes, or a shirt or a book that's arriving late. It''s a car!!!!!! Meanwhile, this is my primary vehicle that I have been very carefully making sure that nothing happens to, making sure not to go over 1,000 miles on, etc. I have been over here holding up my end of the bargain and was incredibly disappointed to find that Carvana would not be. It was also equally disappointing that Carvana made no attempt to accommodate me for this inconvenience in any way. Everything that I had planned to do in the coming weeks, including taking a trip I had planned to Upstate New York, is now on hold or being rescheduled. And there was no leniency in there "1000 miles max" rule either. I would still be re-assessed on my offer if I went over before my car was delivered. Seriously?? The best they could do was suggest I chose another vehicle - and the typical - "well it does say in our policy that delays can happen". Are you kidding me? A tractor trailer flips over on the highway and delays my car, fine. A flood wipes out a roadway, fine. Acts of God, okay I get it. My car was missing weather stripping and all of my plans are on hold for almost two more weeks. Again, seriously??? I will tell you, this all could have gone a very different way if someone said, hey - we'll waive your delivery fee. Or hey, we'll extend the mileage without penalty because you didn't plan to need to drive this car for this long. Or hey, we'll deliver the vehicle without this piece and when the part is in, we'll send it somewhere locally for the repair. It would not have taken that much for this to go better. And if I do end up being home this weekend, and not in New York for my trip, I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a let down that another week later, I will still end up in a dealership looking for a car. More

Carvana's customer service is really bad. I will not buy car I purchased 2018 Land Rover Velar. The car had many many nicks, dings, and scratches when it was delivered. This cosmetic imperfections were not sho I purchased 2018 Land Rover Velar. The car had many many nicks, dings, and scratches when it was delivered. This cosmetic imperfections were not showed nor indicated on their advertised website. Also, the Activity key (wrist band shape) that supposed come with car (it was seen in the advertised photo) didn't come with it. I explained these issues to the driver who delivered car to me, and he promised me to contact the Carvana regarding them. I got email from Carvana that offering only $100 for those sever cosmetic imperfections. I responded to cover more, but they refused. Also, the message included about the missing activity key, but I couldn't clearly understand what I need to do, so I replied for more detail. Since then, I didn't get any reply back from them even though I sent email few more times. Finally, I called them today because 100 days of Carvana's warranty will expire soon, but they said that they cannot do anything about Activity key since 30 days were passed since the first email. First of all, it is their fault not delivering the key with car, and also not responding to my reply email for detail. They are now accusing me as not acting in 30 days. I will not buy any car from Carvana from now on. Their customer service is not satisfactory at all. They are avoiding their big and initial mistake and laying the blame on the customer by a small mistake. This will not happen if they deliver the car with everything it supposed come with. More

"One hour before the scheduled delivery" I recieved a call from delivery person at carvana who told me the truck was in such poor condition, that he advised me to skipp delivery. Barely believe the short notice and disapointed is an understatment. The truck had so much rust and pet damage inside and out that the delivery driver sent me pictures as he pushed me to decline delivery. Eventually they convinced me to extend the rental agreement on my temporary ride for another week and try again.....(after going through the searching and selecting process....not fun) hesitant and a little unsure of Carvana at this point, decided to try one more time......found another truck......sat waiting for a week and at 11am on sunday morning, "one houre ahead of scheduled delivery " they called again "Hi this is Christopher from carvana delivery team" we can not deliver on sunday because the weigh stations they use are closed on weekends! one hour before scheduled delivery again. Two failed delivery attempts, Two weeks, Two failures Two hours cancelation notice Third time not inspired Carvana called me the previous day to inform me the truck was ready and a signiture on the contract was the only thing needed.......not one word about weigh stations being closed on weekends........that was 24 hours before delivery and would have been a better time to let me know. Several days taken on both searches and two days at home waiting for scheduled delivery, along with all the on line boxes to tick, it would have been a lot quicker and "easier not to use CARVANA" Follow on conversation with Casey from central office was long on compassion and short on options. One and only thing carvanna offered to do for me was to extend my rental agreement again till back home ready for delivery next week.....next try? Despite Casey saying tht intention was to work somethnh out and see what can be done.........nothing was offered or suggested that made the service and taste experiance any better.......well done "I guess" for extending my rental agreement so I can wait another week for the third delivery date. Working on clearing time in my calander for the next scheduled delivery and not very optimistic....understandable......perhaps third time lucky carvana ??? Id like to give zero Fs but all my Fs go to Carvana. Poor performance and service More
