Booked a vehicle , sent the check through bank, bought Insurance coverage got confirmation of the Order and scheduled a Delivery/pickup but when we went to get the vehicle they could not find the Vehicle and they are saying Someone else bought the same vehicle 2 days before. Customer care members simply saying we will help you to find next car. Not everyone could be like Amazon when it comes to Online Purchase. I waited almost 4 days and took my entire family for the Vehicle pickup and this is highly disappointing. What is more disappointig/irritating is the answers by Customer care people. No worries from their side. Simple and cool to say sorry we will find next car. More

Delayed Delivery I will say, I had really high hopes for my experience with Carvana. They had a lot of options, I received a fair trade in value, the financing rate was better then any of the dealerships had offered. It was all good things during the purchasing process. My order was verified on 09/24 with delivery scheduled for 10/03. Then, the day before the car was scheduled to arrive, I got a call that my delivery was delayed until....OCTOBER 12TH!! What?!?! No one could explain to me why it took eight - EIGHT - days to realize that a piece of weather stripping was missing from the car. Or why the car wasn't even in Pennsylvania yet for that matter. And, why on earth is one days notice an acceptable amount of time to tell someone the vehicle they had been counting on - will now be delivered another THIRTEEN days later?? Guys, this is not a pair of shoes, or a shirt or a book that's arriving late. It''s a car!!!!!! Meanwhile, this is my primary vehicle that I have been very carefully making sure that nothing happens to, making sure not to go over 1,000 miles on, etc. I have been over here holding up my end of the bargain and was incredibly disappointed to find that Carvana would not be. It was also equally disappointing that Carvana made no attempt to accommodate me for this inconvenience in any way. Everything that I had planned to do in the coming weeks, including taking a trip I had planned to Upstate New York, is now on hold or being rescheduled. And there was no leniency in there "1000 miles max" rule either. I would still be re-assessed on my offer if I went over before my car was delivered. Seriously?? The best they could do was suggest I chose another vehicle - and the typical - "well it does say in our policy that delays can happen". Are you kidding me? A tractor trailer flips over on the highway and delays my car, fine. A flood wipes out a roadway, fine. Acts of God, okay I get it. My car was missing weather stripping and all of my plans are on hold for almost two more weeks. Again, seriously??? I will tell you, this all could have gone a very different way if someone said, hey - we'll waive your delivery fee. Or hey, we'll extend the mileage without penalty because you didn't plan to need to drive this car for this long. Or hey, we'll deliver the vehicle without this piece and when the part is in, we'll send it somewhere locally for the repair. It would not have taken that much for this to go better. And if I do end up being home this weekend, and not in New York for my trip, I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a let down that another week later, I will still end up in a dealership looking for a car. More
