You can't go wrong by simply requesting a quote from Caravana......especially if its a car they have a low inventory on. Jeffrey (Denver rep) was simply outstanding when picking up the car. Was actually able to get me more for car as I did not list all of the options when getting original quote. Honest and straight forward. Bottom line....if you have a nice car....do yourself a favor and avoid the dealer run-around and the inevitable low-ball offer from the used car manager and either sell it yourself or sell it to Caravana. More

Worst choice I ever made. The car got delayed 4 times before getting to me with no real explanation. Then when it arrived it wasnt detailed and still had the previous owners pictures in the vehicle. Registration didnt come by the time my temporary one expired. The vehicle needed new rotors (which should have be replaced when they put new breaks and tires on) was told they would be paid for by carvana which was a straight up lie and they made me jump through hoops for no reason. Their customer service is THE WORST (they talk over top of you) next time I'll pay more from a local dealership just to not deal with them. Worst company ever. More

She ask about 3 questions then asked if I would wait for a quote. To my surprise, Carvanna came back with a quote that was 12% higher than other cold call offers from local dealerships. I double checked Melissa's number by going to the Carvanna website and stepping through the quote process - same result - better than a local dealership. The real beauty of the Carvanna deal is how easy it is. They come to your house, briefly look at the car, have sign a couple of documents and hand you a check. You can back out at any time before you sign. Wonderful! More

Booked a vehicle , sent the check through bank, bought Insurance coverage got confirmation of the Order and scheduled a Delivery/pickup but when we went to get the vehicle they could not find the Vehicle and they are saying Someone else bought the same vehicle 2 days before. Customer care members simply saying we will help you to find next car. Not everyone could be like Amazon when it comes to Online Purchase. I waited almost 4 days and took my entire family for the Vehicle pickup and this is highly disappointing. What is more disappointig/irritating is the answers by Customer care people. No worries from their side. Simple and cool to say sorry we will find next car. More
