Horrible experience they do not inspect the documents or car It has been a horrible experience they first deleted all my contracts and asked to resign them after that the truck was to be delivered and the delive It has been a horrible experience they first deleted all my contracts and asked to resign them after that the truck was to be delivered and the delivery took way longer then usual and finally to top it off when they sent the vehicles title they never bothered to check if the vin number on the title matched the vehicle which it didnt and i had a horrible time at the sherrifs department trying to explain to them that i bought the car from carvana and it was their mistake. After all those problems they promised me a rental would be delievered to my house but that never happened they lied to me and kept me on the phone for over 4 hours until they finally told me that enterprise couldnt pick me up. I dont recommend!!! Keep it local guys!!!! These guys do not know what they are doing. More

Failure to take care of customer I really thought Carvana would be a worry free quick and easy way to purchase a car. Turns out somethings are too good to be true. Several weeks ago I I really thought Carvana would be a worry free quick and easy way to purchase a car. Turns out somethings are too good to be true. Several weeks ago I started to get worried because I noticed the expiration date of my temporary tag was quickly approaching. I called up Carvana and they said not to worry the license plates will arrive before the expiration date. That being said I stopped worrying about it and continued on. Now I am stuck with a car that has expired temporary tags and no license plate. I called up Carvana and all they told me was to go to the DMV and get another temporary registration tag. Did not offer any form of compensation due to their failure. How am I supposed to get there? Am I supposed to take off work due to Carvana's failure? This would not have been an issue if I would have not been lied to about the license plates coming before the temporary one would expire. Due business with an actual dealership so you can solve problems face to face with someone. Only use Carvana if you cannot find the car you want within your local area. More

Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge of the Process I posted my vehicle for sale on Craigslist and was contacted by Andrew to arrange for selling the vehicle to Carvana. He was professional and asked de I posted my vehicle for sale on Craigslist and was contacted by Andrew to arrange for selling the vehicle to Carvana. He was professional and asked detailed questions about the vehicle. I was very satisfied with the offer price for my vehicle. He was available for communication via text which was convenient for me whenever I had a question about the sale process and he readily answered my questions. After the vehicle pickup was completed with a different Carvana representative, Andrew followed up with me to ensure that the process was successful and that I was satisfied with the transaction. I met with another Carvana representative named Marcus for the pickup of the vehicle. I was pleased that Carvana offers to meet the customer at a public location of your choosing. This made the exchange convenient for me. Marcus was well prepared with the paperwork and the entire process of signing papers to transfer the vehicle and verifying information took only 10 minutes. Marcus also followed up with me after the transaction. I felt comfortable and at ease with the process and was glad that it went so smoothly. I was very pleased with my experience with Carvana. I have sold vehicles to other car dealerships in the past and the level of respect, kindness, and professionalism exhibited by Carvana's representatives far surpassed that of other dealerships. More

Cant deliver in over a month Carvana delated my delivery 6 times, cant seem to explain the problem that is being fixed or what is causing these many delays. They rush you through Carvana delated my delivery 6 times, cant seem to explain the problem that is being fixed or what is causing these many delays.
