When I got to the office to drop off my cat they did a quick look at my car to see that it was as I described it on their online form, then handed me a check for the exact amount they quoted, called ma an Uber (No, they didn't say "you're an Uber") on their account. Very poor on delivery. Purchased a car 10/21. Original delivery 10/25. We changed delivery to 10 26. On 10/24 Received call they couldn't find keys to transport car so delivery moved to 10/29. On 10 27 re delivery 10/25. We changed delivery to 10 26. On 10/24 Received call they couldn't find keys to transport car so delivery moved to 10/29. On 10 27 received call car still in New York as they still hadn't found keys, car would be delivered 11/4. On 10/28 Received call they had new keys made car would be delivered on 11/2. Received call today truck car on is "delayed" in Dallas now delivery is scheduled for 11/6. If we didn't want a specific car we would go elsewhere. If you need a car in a short period of time DO NOT buy from this company. Their promise of "purchase in 4Chris and get in 4 days" is an empty promise. More

Delay on delivery Carvana moved my delivery date 7 days with little notice and offered no additional compensation to cover the cost of the rental I am using (my car was Carvana moved my delivery date 7 days with little notice and offered no additional compensation to cover the cost of the rental I am using (my car was totaled) and car insurance premiums. I am a single, working mom and am now out almost $500. Hopefully they will deliver the vehicle on time the second time around, but I am concerned about this also. Would not recommend. More
