What a horrid customer experience. I read all the negative reviews on Carvana, but thought I would be fine given all the great reviews on Carvana’s website. I should have known better. I’m not going to drone on and on, but basically, here’s what happened: 1. Ordered 2013 Porsche Boxster online via their website. Easy breezy! Got approved for financing through capital one auto 2. Set up a delivery date and got excited! 3. At the time of delivery, I get a call from the delivery guy saying he couldn’t figure out how to get gas into the car so he can deliver it to me 4. Carvana took the Porsche to a local car shop here in Atlanta. The car shop couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and said there wasn’t anything wrong with it. I had to make the phone calls to carvana for status updates 5. 3 days later, no updates from carvana, still don’t have the car I ordered, no clue what’s going on. Was told by one of their customer service managers that they would personally see to it that I was “taken care of”. Never heard back from anyone. 6. Bought a nicer Porsche Boxster from a local Atlanta Porsche dealership today at a lower price, with a two year Porsche certified unlimited mile bumper to bumper warranty, that’s in better shape with more options 7. Took 1 hour to get in and out with my new Porsche using the dealer. 8. Carvana SUCKS. I’ll never give them another chance to earn my business. STAY AWAY! More

Great to start but bad to finish. The beginning of the purchase was wonderful. I will also say they went out of their way to ensure I was happy throughout the entire experience. My issue arose after taking delivery of my vehicle. Starts with the vehicle was painted by Carvana and they did a horrible job. Over-spray everywhere, rough paint, drip marks, etc. It was noticeable by everyone. They did pay for a full detail and correction to rectify but never should have been delivered that way. Next was a vibration at highway speeds. Took car to regular dealer and they determined the car had 4 bent wheels. How is that missed during this inspection they claim to give every car? If they drove the car over 40mph they would have felt it. It's a safety issue frankly, as the car shakes more as the speed increases. I have now been without my car for over a total of 30 days as the warranty company they provide pinches pennies and tries to send me used wheels that have been repaired. I don't expect new wheels, but bent wheels that are now "soft" and will bend again do me no good. Send me refinished wheels that have never been straightened, that's fine! Point is, the inspection before they sell a car seems like its not even done. Once you get the car, they sure wont fix it correctly and instead leave you fighting with a 3rd party that just doesn't care. This appears to be the same warranty company that supports their Carvana Care as well, so I would absolutely never consider that warranty product considering the service and penny pinching I am getting now. I have bought several cars from competitors like Carmax, and the experience was perfect. And here I am, still with no car, fighting daily for wheels for my car that sits while I make payments on it. Carvana, you do not have my support and I promise I will share that with everyone I encounter. Sorry, but you could have fixed this many times over and have chosen not to. I do not think a car with a proper paint job and one that doesn't shake down the highway is too much to ask for. Your competition surely doesn't. More
