I will not be calling that number to be told the same thing I have been told for the past 3 months! This is ludicrous and Im the only one keeping contact with you all! Alright I'll call but if this "rectifying" is just apologizing & blowing smoke I'll put on this review how it was just another phone call that wasted my time. Kyle Popores, if it helps ring a bell you delivered my vehicle last night at 9 pm instead of the 6-7pm window I reserved. Also the key fob battery y'all said would be at my house within 2 days still has not arrived after 7 days. After wasting time on the phone with y'all you didn't do anything to "rectify the situation". More BS from Carvana, if you won't do anything that's fine don't lie though and tell me to call y'all.
