Alright I'll call but if this "rectifying" is just apologizing & blowing smoke I'll put on this review how it was just another phone call that wasted my time. Kyle Popores, if it helps ring a bell you delivered my vehicle last night at 9 pm instead of the 6-7pm window I reserved. Also the key fob battery y'all said would be at my house within 2 days still has not arrived after 7 days. After wasting time on the phone with y'all you didn't do anything to "rectify the situation". More BS from Carvana, if you won't do anything that's fine don't lie though and tell me to call y'all.

Never delivered Car I went through the entire process including being approved by the bank only to have Carvana never deliver the car. They scheduled a time 4 times only More

Carvana needs to learn how to treat their customers. I literally did the leg work for your company to find out what happened with my registration because Carvana continually passed the buck and no one wanted to take responsibility for what happened. And yes, it's true I'm already working with your Registration Team to come to a resolution but let's not forget that I've been working with your Registration Team for MONTHS now. Get it together Carvana! And hire some people who actually care about your customers.
