Had a very positive experience With Carvana. The paperwork took around 5 minutes. It went a lot smoother than I expected without any of the hassles of selling a used car. Staff that does not know what they are talking about I have had the worst experience with buying a car from Carvana. They seem to not know what documents they need, what they look like or how to get them I have had the worst experience with buying a car from Carvana. They seem to not know what documents they need, what they look like or how to get them. Therefore it is my responsibility to call my insurance company and my bank t look for documents that do not even exist. Finally, we figure out what documents are needed for the vehicle. They tell me that I am all set. I called two days before the delivery of the vehicle to make sure that everything was ready for my delivery and I was told everything is ready. The night before the delivery, I get a phone call stating that there is an unexpected delay and they cannot get me the vehicle for another week. How am I supposed to get to work this week? Carvana does not compensate for first time delays. The delay in delivery is due to a Holiday the day after my delivery is scheduled. How does that happen? Carvana was unable to complete the necessary paperwork to deliver the car because of a holiday that hasn't happened yet. Makes no sense More
