It was great. My kids got to drop the coin into the machine to bring the car down so they had fun and also they gave the kids a game set so it was fun for the whole family. The purchase process was simple, succinct, and I was completely thrilled not to be sitting around wasting my time in a dealership. pretty easy I needed a car but I was super busy at home taking care of my disabled sister and dealing with the winter flu. I didn't have time to go car shopping and I needed a car fast. Carvana had a few good choices in affordable electric cars, and after some research I decided one of the Nissan Leafs on Caravana was a good choice. Price was decent, miles on the car was great. The delivery was fast and the car looked great. The one delivery guy was no-nonsense and got it all over with fast, with no sales talk. So far so good. More
My overall experience with my online purchase was pleasant untill I had to deal with the persons involved with the delivery. My first selection a 2009 accord wss on schedule to be delivered up until pleasant untill I had to deal with the persons involved with the delivery. My first selection a 2009 accord wss on schedule to be delivered up until an hour before I was to meet for pick up. I was called and informed that the detail was running behind and I would be called upon completion. An hour later I was called again and told the state inspection center ran out of stickers and a effort was being made to secure one. Another hour and some minutes passed and I was called again and this time I was told the brakes had failed inspection. At this point I'm confused because first I thought brakes are checked before the sticker is applied and this was also supposed to be part of the 150 point inspection and why was this being checked so late in the game? After careful consideration I opted to make another selection. The delivery of the 2012 accord pretty much went the same route as the 2009, same calls same excuses except this tim no brakes. The car wasn't delivered until 7:15 p.m. and it was completely dark. The accord has over spray on the right front door and foam pad burns on the right fender which the driver pointed out and declared the finish not to be up to Carvana's standard's. In the morning following delivery I walked around the vehicle only to find a chip in the windshield I wasn't informed of. There were no floor mats the person who delivered my vehicle made alot of promises no of which he kept. I am now running around trying to get things sorted out before my warranty expires. Not Fun! This is why traditional car dealerships are in trouble It is pretty rare that things can fully deliver on the hype that their marketing tries to create. But in this case, I completely think it did. If you It is pretty rare that things can fully deliver on the hype that their marketing tries to create. But in this case, I completely think it did. If you knew which car you wanted to buy, I can’t imagine wanting to buy any other way than this. I have used both this and CarMax in recent years and I have to believe that the old school way of doing car dealerships is heavily endangered. I not only would absolutely buy another car from Carvana, I would very much consider trading cars more often because places like this make it so much easier to do so. More
This is the 3rd vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from Carvana. Love that I can do everything online without having to step foot into a dealership. The only problem I have is that you can't test driv from Carvana. Love that I can do everything online without having to step foot into a dealership. The only problem I have is that you can't test drive the car before you buy it, but they do offer a 7 day money back guarantee which I have taken advantage of before. For the most part, the customer service is great, I've had to call several times for different reasons, and only once did I get someone who was very rude. More
