Process couldn't be easier Once I determined the make and model of the car, I was able to narrow down the must have options. I was presented with plenty of options. The whole process was less than 10 minutes online and even finance through Carvana. I decided to have the car delivered to my home. Easy peasy. I picked a date later that week for delivery. Received a follow up call after the purchase to verify everything. Received a call an hour before delivery to confirm the delivery. Everything worked like clockwork. Questions about the mats when the car was delivery that my delivery person, Alyssa, didn't feel comfortable about. She ordered new mats. (came today.) We took the car to our local mechanic. He was impressed with car and the Carvana service. We have had the car for a week and all is well. We couldn't be happier. More

After getting a low-ball offer as a trade-in from the dealer, I checked around with car buying services and Carvana offered a much better price than the rest. The process was easy and although you can do dealer, I checked around with car buying services and Carvana offered a much better price than the rest. The process was easy and although you can do it all online, I had a rep (Cooper) help me through the process and he was fantastic. No pressure and very helpful. I will certainly use Carvana again in the future. More

The buying process was the easiest process I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I did everything while on lunch one day sitting at my desk. The Atlanta Carvana location had my vehicle ready at my appoi when purchasing a vehicle. I did everything while on lunch one day sitting at my desk. When I received my car it had obvious scratches in the front that was not in pictures. Carvana’s warranty company repaired the scratches after I pursued it. They initially denied the claim. My car came with a small leaking hole in the drivers tire as well. Which I believe was over inflated and would not show up until serval days of driving the car. Tires and breaks are not covered so you are assuming they are working properly when you receive your vehicle. I am warning everyone please take your vehicle to a service department immediately after receiving your vehicle for a thorough check of tires and breaks!! They will not service them after purchase! Also, Silver Rock is not even accept at the Infinity Dealership. So you can not service your used vehicle for things covered by the insurance company from the manufacturer dealership!! Where trained mechanics know how to service your vehicle! Where you are going for routine service! Have your vehicle thoroughly looked at within 24 hours! Silver Rock isn’t accepted at Maryland’s Infinity dealerships. I called serval times and was given the run around about who should fix the issues. Neither Carvana or Silver Rock. More

Easiest way to buy a car.......EVER! I was a bit skeptical about how this would work. I can honestly say that everything about it was great.
