They also said the shipping fee is non refundable even though the vehicle had damage they didn’t disclose. So between the late delivery and holding onto my money for 2 weeks, I’m going to be without a vehicle or any money to buy one for 3 weeks. Absolutely the worst More

If you have any questions there is a virtual chat that actually answers your questions. I had my car delivered and the guys who delivered it were very nice and professional. They were great in explaining things and also took my trade in car. Now my next step is to get my vehicle registered with dmv. I’m sure carvana will do an excellent job with that as well. I am very pleased with how everything went so smoothly and quick and I LOVE my new car. Thanks carvana! More

Purchased two cars with Carvana. First purchase was exceptional. Second purchase was terrible ex. Had to return 3 cars before they got it right. On second purchase, car # 1 had to be returned due to horrible cigarette smell, and multiple issues not disclosed on website. Car # 2 was returned due to recall not disclosed, Car # 3 arrived with major deep scratches down to primer which also were not disclosed on website. Finally car # 4 was good. Whole process with 4 cars took over a month and over $2700 in non refundable shipping costs. More
