I had a couple of issues with the car in the first week. When I picked the car up the shifter lights did not work. Was told I could take it in under the warranty but I'd have a $100 deductible. Didn't think When I picked the car up the shifter lights did not work. Was told I could take it in under the warranty but I'd have a $100 deductible. Didn't think that was fair. However, on Tuesday (6days in) The vehicle's power system problem light came on. I went back to carvana who told me to call the warranty. I did and they set me an appointment for Thursday. I don't mind paying the 100 dollars because I love the car. Overall, a good experience. could it be better? yes More
The car was nice, the only issue I have with the vehicle is, it was not cleaned, or detailed. You spend all this money on the vehicles at least it can be cleaned. is, it was not cleaned, or detailed. You spend all this money on the vehicles at least it can be cleaned. More

It arrived with the stereo not fully functioning (still not and I already took it to a Lexus dealership), then all the oil drained out of it in less than a week causing what may or may not turn out to be catastrophic damage to the engine. They refused to take it back because it was about 18 hours after their return policy. So I have no car and they have my 31k. More
Carvana? ....RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Absolute worst experience EVER! Please keep in mind that I DO write both good and bad reviews a lot but this r ....RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Absolute worst experience EVER! Please keep in mind that I DO write both good and bad reviews a lot but this review was a MUST! I ordered my car online and was given a 9/1/23 expected delivery date. On 8/31, I was informed that upon transport, the side mirror had been knocked off and needed to be replaced, new delivery date was 9/8. On 9/7, I was informed that the car had not yet been repaired and that the new date was 9/14. When I FINALLY received my car, there was a HUGE scratch on the driver's side door, obviously from when the mirror was knocked off that clearly had been tried to be covered up. Carvana surprisingly did agree later to cover the cost of repair on the scratch after MANY phone calls and photos. After a full inspection, I was also told that there was seepage visible on the transmission (a very small leak). Did Carvana agree to pay for that being only the 4th day I'd had the car??......Of course not! Unless I sent them a live video of the transmission fluid literally coming out and hitting the ground, they would not cover the $1,100 repair! Carvana is a joke! They hide things about their cars, hoping their customers don't find out. Their customer service is atrocious, and they love to pass you off to the next person because nobody seems to know remotely what they're doing. Notice how you can't write a review on their website unless they send you an invite to do so??!! I'm returning the car but writing this to hopefully save someone a huge headache and a bunch of time! AVOID CARVANA! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE establishment that I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to endure! More
I paid cash (original MSRP) for a used 2015 Mazda with 22,000 miles on it. While the “vending machine” gimmick is very fun, I received my “new” automobile with less than a half tank of gas, it had not had 22,000 miles on it. While the “vending machine” gimmick is very fun, I received my “new” automobile with less than a half tank of gas, it had not had been detailed and the two key fobs both had dead batteries. I found the last out when the alarm triggered and I couldn’t shut it off. Two of the tires are at 3/32 or 5/32 thread depth. Originally, I started my vehicle search at CarMax. They were extremely clean. All of their automobiles had been mechanically gone over (more than just a simple oil change) even if they were not part of their “certified” program, and the tires were either in very good shape or new. Unfortunately, CarMax did not have the trim level I was looking for, so I went to Carvana. Since both companies are charging original MSRP, I mistakenly assumed that the quality and service would be comparable. My experience with Carvana has been the lowest quality, highest cost automobile purchase I have made so far that has not had anything to do with the quality of the actual car. More
My husband and I were blown away by how easy the process was. From searching what kind of car we wanted (down to the very specifics of what we preferred), the ordering process, and all the way to the day we was. From searching what kind of car we wanted (down to the very specifics of what we preferred), the ordering process, and all the way to the day we picked up the car. When it came to the actual day we picked up the car, it continued to be quite easy. We were helped very quickly, made sure we looked through the contract another time, explained clearly our 7 day trial, and then getting to watch the whole process of the car being brought down to the ground level similar to a vending machine (that was super nifty!). We got the chance to inspect the car and minutes later, we were on the road! Pick up day probably only took about 30-40 minutes in total, which also blew our minds! We were very impressed with the entire process. We would definitely go through them again in the future. More
It is less of a dealership and more of a delivery-ship. This is not a criticism but rather a commendation. Most dealership experiences have been long and drawn out with frequent private conversations in a back office between the sales person and the sales manager or business manager. I was met quickly and given the keys to my new car to check it to confirm it was acceptable to me. We then signed the papers and within less than an hour I was on my way. More
Horrible. What a joke. Car was delivered to me this morning, I really liked it, I was going to keep it for at least the 7 day refund period, then it had the What a joke. Car was delivered to me this morning, I really liked it, I was going to keep it for at least the 7 day refund period, then it had the wrong odometer reading on the car than what it had on their paperwork and the delivery driver said he had to take it back and redo the paperwork, maybe tomorrow or Monday he can bring it back. Then Carvana send me an email telling me they can't deliver until a week from tomorrow. xx, I already got insurance on it, I did everything I was supposed to do. It was their screw up that messed up the deal, then they tell I have to wait another week! xxxx no! I called them and tried to get an earlier date and they said Friday, a week from today was the best they. So bye, Crap-vana, I'll spend my $20,000 cash on the barrel deal somewhere else. Stay away from these xxxxxxxx! Wasted a week of my time for nothing! More
