Don't make me laugh. You don't care about your customers. It was your screw up that caused the problem then you tell me I have to wait another week to have the car delivered because of YOUR mistake. Even more lame and actually funny, I live like 3 miles from your Greenfield, IN operation and you couldn't get it to me quicker, and I could have even walked there to pick it up since it's THAT close to my house and you all told me I couldn't even do that and had to go to LOUISVILLE, KY, 110 miles from me if I wanted to pick it up. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never even think of buying a car from your worthless, crap company ever again.

I did NOT move forward with buying a car from Carvana, even though Carvana's original response to the review here claimed that I had. They bluntly said they would not continue with the purchase without providing 1040 forms, even though I had signed the contracts, paid a downpayment, and purchased insurance. I think Carvana is in breach of contract, given that I had already signed the contract and made a $6000 downpayment. I have been without the $6000 for a week and it may be another 6-10 days before Carvana refunds it to my bank. Nowhere during the application process was I informed that 1040 filings were required in order to obtain a car loan. Why would they even allow people to submit S.S and other non-taxed income in the process and then require the submission of 1040 forms? It makes no sense.
