They seemingly approved my loan application, took thousands of dollars from my bank in downpayment, and forced me to buy an insurance policy. I then waited for several days with no response other than that the delivery of my car was on track. They finally texted me and gave me 3 hours to complete some "extra income verification" nonsense by providing them with tax returns. When I couldn't do that, they cancelled my order and offered me no information on how to regain the money I paid for insurance. The "advocate" I talked with online was also incredibly rude and blunt. What kind of car dealer takes your money and then refuses to approve your loan application? More

This was my 2nd purchase with Carvana. The process was easy and the delivery person did an excellent job. She dropped of my new auto and picked up my trade in, and she made the entire process easy to understand. My only issues are that the car had a few more defects than listed on the website. Nothing major, just little things like a small burn mark on the center console and a couple of obvious scrapes on the drivers door. The engine oil was a quart and half low. Also, there was an extra $190 delivery charge on top of the $390 nonrefundable shipping charge. That seems like a double charge to me. Other than these issues I am happy with the purchase. More

Arriving Carvana lot in Oak Brook, I was greeted by a man named Stetson and he was not very pleasant to me. He said you have some more papers to sign and I said I thought I signed all of those. before I came named Stetson and he was not very pleasant to me. He said you have some more papers to sign and I said I thought I signed all of those. before I came, and he said, just get on the website and sign the document and then he stated you need to go take your plates off the car there’s some screwdrivers, at that point I was not very happy with the service. As I was standing there, looking at him and disbelief. He stated I’m not the one helping you he’s gonna help you over there and walked off needless to say. he walked over to the other guy and said this one yours good luck. I would say you need to get better people in your front to handle the customers. However, Keelan and Kris was very supportive and respectful. I am hesitant to send someone else to use Carvana with that greeting that I received. More
