When talking to user support, I felt like they couldn't answer questions other than to parrot the script. Further to user support . . they were all nice, but, in a phone support environment people support answer questions other than to parrot the script. Interest rates charged by Carvana were not competitive with local resources. I did not realize that Carvana did NOT deliver to my home unless I used their financing. Initially, when Carvana provided due date for all paper work, the required date was a day before we agreed to purchase this car. Furthermore, when we ordered the car on labor day, we were initially required to get the paperwork and check in the mail the very next day or lose our delivery date. The finance company was going to use Fed Ex to deliver the check but would send it out the next day. So, I had to go to the bank, pick up the check and find a manned Fed Ex drop off point or else delivery date would be pushed out like 10 days. This cost me $60 to have it delivered to Arizona instead of the $25 the bank would charge. Car was delivered without right rear hubcap though the online picture showed it. When I went to my vehicle dashboard, system would not show me the vehicle information because it had already been sold . . . fortunately I had saved the car in "favorites" and was able to view the picture and other information that allowed me to deteremine that the car as delivered did not match the picture of the car I bought. The rear tires were underinflated. This was an easy catch though the check list said it was OK. Guess the tech just blew through that list. The interior was not as "spotless" as I expected. When I have purchased Honda certified pre-owned cars they were spotless. This is a nice little car that we will use as a second run around. However, we had to make two trips to shop for hub cap replacement. As far as the weather seal goes the Honda dealer had to order the seal so that is another set of trips. At the end of the day we like the car we bought. However I don't think I would be comfortable about recommending Carvana to my friends without giving them the full story. More

Everything was great and went smoothly until i found the only key i was given was a duplicate non-button key and i would have to fork over 340$ for a decent key from the Ford dealer who raised eyebrows. Selling is a breeze. Purchase is another story and needs improvement. Process had poor communication and it was extremely difficult to get a human on the phone. Car is in satisfactory mechanical condition but cleanliness of a purchased 3-year old car was a big disappointment. Definitely need to be better. More
Purchased a vehicle, picked up and it made noises suggesting that the transmission was going bad. I swapped that vehicle out for another vehicle, on the day after the 7 day money back period, the tra suggesting that the transmission was going bad. I swapped that vehicle out for another vehicle, on the day after the 7 day money back period, the transmission went completely out on the second vehicle. It is stated that all vehicles go through a 150 point check, but somehow the two vehicles I received in as many weeks, the transmission going bad was missed. I would not recommend purchasing from Carvana, or at least the Charlotte, NC location. More

It's difficult to get to this location without a ride. It is surrounded by fenced off properties of the CDC, PDK, and IRS, so you have to walk a while from MARTA. The water in the waiting area is great. They overlooked a clicking sound in the front driver side hub. I took the vehicle to the Nissan dealer afterwards and got it resolved with no charge as a service bulletin under warranty. So be aware that incoming vehicles may not be checked over for work that is otherwise no cost. (In this case the sound was obvious. I could push the car back and forth from outside and demonstrate it to the mechanic. All good now). Can't say enough good things about the people here. Cameron was excellent to work with! Hope everyone here is getting considered for raises annually and compensated for their labor. The entire process was faster than renting a car. More
