They were over a week late with delivery. The vehicle showed up with an exhaust leak and a LOT of rust on the frame and everything underneath. I rejected the vehicle because of the major issues. they still processed my $20k payment and are now holding onto my money for what they said could be 14 days. They also said the shipping fee is non refundable even though the vehicle had damage they didn’t disclose. So between the late delivery and holding onto my money for 2 weeks, I’m going to be without a vehicle or any money to buy one for 3 weeks. Absolutely the worst More

I was sceptical at first by buying a vehicle online. But I went ahead and bought my car through carvana. The process was quick and easy. Between text messages and emails, they do a great job in letting But I went ahead and bought my car through carvana. The process was quick and easy. Between text messages and emails, they do a great job in letting you know what the next step you need to take to complete the purchase. If you have any questions there is a virtual chat that actually answers your questions. I had my car delivered and the guys who delivered it were very nice and professional. They were great in explaining things and also took my trade in car. Now my next step is to get my vehicle registered with dmv. I’m sure carvana will do an excellent job with that as well. I am very pleased with how everything went so smoothly and quick and I LOVE my new car. Thanks carvana! More
