My experience with Carvana was horrible. My car was delayed 6 times and took over a month to get to me. They claimed one time was due to battery, and that it was replaced. They gave me one that (after 3rd party inspection) is near death. They also hit the car in their own parking lot causing further delays. The people working the call center will say anything to make you happy but will constantly contradict the last person you spoke to, or magically tell you they're able to do something the last person said "Carvana doesn't do". I would never ever buy a car from them again.the car was dirty when it came to me, I found fried flowers all over the trunk. Just h A horrible horrible experience at every turn. Now I'm waiting on registration, and I've read tone of people have problems with that. I cannot tell enough people about my horrid experience. Carvana is horrible horrible horrible. More

I had a great experience buying a car from Carvana. From delivery to final purchase, everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. I was sceptical of purchasing a car online but compared to the dealer delivery to final purchase, everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. The vending machine was broke! I feel I paid a little bit of a premium for the vending machine experience and when we got there, the vending experience was down. We could see it come down the "elevator" but no coin drop, no special sound effects, no delivery to a pad. A simple little apology was offered. Would have been to get a heads up and maybe postpone the pickup to when the machine was working. Or for Carvana to offer some gift or credit for the problem... Everything else was fine. Good car, good price. More
