I smiled as Cody drove up, with my White Beetle R-Line on the back of her truck. She took it off the truck, I adjusted the mirrors, & took off for a test drive. I owned a 1972 Volkswagen Super Beetle in high school, so the Bug is “in my automotive soul!” Cody was very knowledgeable about my Beetle: that impressed me. She was very professional, as was everyone I spoke with involved with Carvana. It was the neatest car buying experience I’ve ever had! So I now have a 2015 Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet with less than 3k miles, a 8-speaker Fender Audio System w/ subwoofer (sounds soooo good), & nothing but good memories of my Carvana car buying experience!!! “Ich bin so cool" More

This is the first time we have bought a car through Carvana and it was a great experience. My wife researched, read reviews, researched some more and we decided to take the plunge. Every representative we spoke with was very helpful and answered all questions without getting frustrated that we called several times. I love my new to me Jeep Cherokee. Melissa and the guy (can’t remember his name) who delivered my car were very knowledgeable and helpful. We test drove the vehicle and signed the necessary paper which took about 15-20 minutes. The CarFax report was detailed and I love the return policy that fortunately we won’t need since I love my new car. We will be buying from Carvana in the future. More

I finaly decided there hast to be someone out there that can help me out. Well 10 dealerships later all nos it was embarrassing and and just added stress on my marriage. Then just browsing threw google I came across carvana. So I said what the heck might as well try it out I got instantly approved could not believe it and not only that I got a car fully loaded leather all the beels and Whistles in my price range and only 5 years old my dream car honestly. The customer service was unbearably Excellent the whole transaction was very quick no hassle and my car was delivered on time Long story short my experience with carvana was one of the best experience I've ever had with any company ever I can always find something to complain about with any company this is the 1st time I've ever been able to say I have had not 1 complaint I am a lifetime supporter of carvana and I probably won't ever no not probably I won't ever buy a car from anywhere else these people delivered my car the car was Detailed to the T with a full tank of fuel new tires everything I can ask for from customer service. Overall a good experience. I have been looking for a Nissan Frontier for quite some time. I have purchased from Carvana before so I thought I would give it a go. One truck caught my eye so I did a little research, and found the price was fair. When it arrived it looked pretty good and ran well. After the driver left I investigated further and was a little disappointed when I saw there was only one chipped ignition key, the description said two keys but didn't specify. There were a ton of crumbs between the seats and no owners manual. When I opened the hood the first thing I saw was that the battery was covered in corrosion and the terminals were nasty! When I cleaned the top of the battery with baking soda and water, the whole top of the battery fizzed. Meaning the battery will have to be replaced. Although these are rather small issues, I would never sell a vehicle looking like this. I like the truck and the low miles, so it wasn't enough to make me return it. I think Carvana should make their vehicles spotless. Then I can say it was the best experience in car buying I have ever had! I will be using Carvana in the future as it is easy and quick, no three-hour! wait in the dealership More

The car was exactly as pr I must admit that I was a sucker for the "Car Vending Machine" in the ads, but my experience was EASY, SEAMLESS, AND QUICK! The car was exactly as promised online. The paperwork was crazy simple. The car was immaculate and came with the "new car smell" (albeit in the form of "new car smell" air fresheners ; ). The followup was timely, unpressured and appreciated. They offer to assist with your DMV plate/reg transfer = awesome sauce! I have recommended CARVANA to at least 20 people so far. Skeptical?
