Yes the warranty through SIlver Rock cannot be utilized until I take the car to Buick and have the cars manufacturer warranty rejected first. The whole point is the car was supposedly fixed before it was delivered by Carvana’s repair facility thus delaying delivery then once delivered I have found nothing was done to the car then after I am told I have to jump through hoops be without a car in order to get the car fixed if it is even covered through any warranty you sold me a car that was defective and are now not excepting any responsibility in this what so ever typical garbage your company is a disgrace I wouldn’t buy a matchbox from your organization. I am so disgusted with this process it makes me sick. This car is a 2018 not something that is 10 years old. Instead of making it right Carvana wants to instead deny any wrong doing and pass the buck what a terrible business plan
