I'm not normally someone to bash a company but I feel compelled to warn my fellow consumers about the dangers of purchasing a car from CARVANA! Here is my saga: May 2019 - purchased a Honda CRV and compelled to warn my fellow consumers about the dangers of purchasing a car from CARVANA! Here is my saga: May 2019 - purchased a Honda CRV and I could tell it wasn't driving right, used the 7 day money back guarantee to swap it and when they came to pick it up, it wouldn't start...they had to tow it away May 2019 - swapped for a Jeep Cherokee, shortly after the warranty expired from Carvana the transmission light kept coming off and on, no one could figure out what was going on Got another vehicle in between from a brick and mortar dealership, my beloved Buick Enclave that got totaled (not my fault). January 2020 - purchased a Ford Escape and by day two whenever I would engage the brakes a loud electronic beeping sound would come on and no lights on the dash, one of the USB ports also didn't work February 2020 - swapped for a Buick Envision and by the third day the service Stabilitrak light came on, ABS off, a couple other lights came on, and All Wheel Drive is off so I request a swap yet again Yesterday - I get a call as I'm standing ready with everything, car emptied, for my delivery of another Buick Envision and my phone rings, Carvana isn't coming because the car they were going to deliver won't start, they're sure it's just a battery issue and that maybe the lights were left on during transport, as of now I'm waiting for a return call so they can figure out what to do... WOW! If I go with another company then my credit has to get pulled again AND I'll be without a car in the interim. Please, please, please avoid having any sort of similar experiences and steer clear of Carvana. More

At no point did I have the feeling that anyone was trying to get one over on me. Add to all this the convenience, and it makes it a slam dunk.
