Melisa was wonderful. Everything we spoke about over the phone was perfectly accurate. The process was seamless. Dropped my car to the Tempe location, the paperwork took 5 minutes and I left with a check in phone was perfectly accurate. The process was seamless. Dropped my car to the Tempe location, the paperwork took 5 minutes and I left with a check in my hand. The offered my $3K more for my car than other dealerships, which was fair market value on the private selling market. My husband and I was shocked at how simple and wonderful it was. Love this new buying/selling model. Very pleased. More

Car Buying Smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy! We first started seeing the Carvana commercials on TV when they opened up the car vending machine in Kansas City. Next the local news did a story and We first started seeing the Carvana commercials on TV when they opened up the car vending machine in Kansas City. Next the local news did a story and, of course, our family had to see for ourselves what a car vending machine was ... yeah, it was everything and more! The Carvana Adventure Begins... It was a cold October morning when the Carvana truck pulled up to our daughter's house. We gathered as they unloaded the shinny white car and my daughter took it for a spin around the block. It was the first car she had bought on her own. As she test drove we talked to the Carvana driver to get the "Carvana lowdown". He said he got recruited to work for the company and had nothing but positive things to say as he gave us a card for $500 off to intice us to become customers too. Rewind to the Prologue... Currently, we own two different vehicles 4 years apart right off the showroom floor. ... literally the dealer drove them off the showroom floor for us. Prior to those brand new spanking puppies, we owned two preowned cars (rental/lease). The first car we ever purchased was a 1 year old preowned with 4,000 miles followed 4 years later with 2 year old preowned with 12,000. All great cars! Carlot jingo and 'The Man's" lingo ... Skip forward a year later and my husband is sitting in a traditional dealership discussing a 2020 brand spanking new vehicle. We had our eye on a particular vehicle because of the style and capacity. We knew what we wanted. However, doing the dance (again) with 'The Man' (car salesmen) was like a twisted tango. Just drive through a car lot and like piranhas at feeding time they walk toward you or a brisk jog behind your moving vehicle to catch up before you escape. At some point, you get brave enough to go in the water (step out of the car) and that's when the real fun begins. Flashbacks flutter of some past boyfriend you filed a restraining order on as they are always two steps behind. However, the absolute tipping point is the awkward silence similar to a bad blind date when negotiations start. The only other time I have ever seen numbers pushed that fast and change so drastically was in 2010 during a black Friday mob on the toy aisle of WallyWorld. Finally, my husband calls me after 'The Man' got done doing his magical car algebra (that no one understands) and the price has changed $6,000+. I told my husband to forget it and come home. Let's look at Carvana. Carvanians, when they like it they put a keyring on it ... Yes, we joined the Carvanians club. Obviously, I nominated myself as President and coined the name (you're welcome Carvana) ... now can I have my $500 off that I got from your driver that I forgot to give in my car buying giddiness? Ok, Ok back to the story after a little bribery .... so my husband and I go out to Carvanaland (again you're welcome). Within TWO days we find the car we had been looking for. We narrowed it down between the Carvana car and another car we had found in town that was similar. Both cars were 2 years or less preowned with less than 12,000 on each and all the car bling extras and metallic paint one could hope for. However, the Carvana one was a beautiful painted cajun red tincoat and had a 2.0 turbo and was slightly less dollar-wise than the other one in town. Within 2 hours we had a car bought online. Within a week we opted to pick it up so I could put the coin in the vending machine and watch Red Riding Hood make her way down to mama's loving arms. This is the BEST and EASIEST car shopping we ever did. We have the most selection to pick from with competitive prices without the crazy ex-boyfriend feeding frenzy mob! We will be back. Thank You, Carvana! The Foxes More
My 13 year old car that I affectionately called "Blue" began to drift into car heaven, my daughter said, " why don't you try Carvana", so I did. I loved loved loved the website, very easy to navigate, so many interior pictures and the 360 spin view on the exterior allows you to see every little bump and ding. My car highlighted 2 dings and now that I have the car I have not been able to locate those dings (they must be so small). I was surprised to still find that new car smell, don't know if that is air freshener but I loved it anyway. I know have had the car a couple of weeks and it has now become my new love, she has been renamed Goldy Horn:))) Thank you Carvana for making buying a car so easy, everything was done from the comfort of my living room, from suffering and view every possible car I could think I wanted, to having the car delivered to my home and completing all the document signing at my dining room table. WOW!!! I loved it all. Awesome Customer Service. Mary W. Chicago, IL More

Did not know anything about Carvana. When I called about buying a car I was stunned to hear how the process was to work yet skeptical that this was true in fact. I appreciate this company. It gave me a second chance at making my life better! The online process was a breeze and I was approved almost instantly. Not impressed I purchased a 2014 VW Passat SE TDI. Vehicle was delivered on 02.14.20. The vehicles appearance was as expected. I drove the sales/delivery associate I purchased a 2014 VW Passat SE TDI. Vehicle was delivered on 02.14.20. The vehicles appearance was as expected. I drove the sales/delivery associate back to his office. While driving I noticed the vehicle pulling to the right and the steering wheel had a clockwise rotation when driving straight. When I got back to my apartment I noticed the right rear tire was slack. I drove the vehicle to the service station and inflated the tire to the prescribed operating PSI and noticed the other 4 tires were over inflated. I returned to the interstate to see if vehicle still was pulling to the right and it was. I felt like I couldn't make a good determination if I wanted the vehicle without finding out why the vehicle was pulling to the right, so I made an appointment with the local Good Year dealership to check the alignment and right rear tire. The Good Year technician found that the car was out of alignment and the right rear tire had a nail just outside the repair zone. It was also noted that the oil, air filter, cabin air filter and windshield wipers needed changing. I authorized the repairs assuming that Carvana would compensate me at a minimum for the replacement tire and alignment, as I couldn't even perform a proper assessment of the car with it pulling to the right. I made 3 separate calls to Carvana pleading my issues and was given the runaround all 3 times. I uploaded all my receipts and documentation. My last communication was on 02.17.20 at 4:48 PM stating that it may take up to 48 hours to process my request. Seven days later nothing. I've washed my hands of this as the cost of me trying to pursue the compensation out weighs the compensation. The Carvana service is no better than any other dealership service. More
