I will not buy from carvana again and I will tell everyone I know, not to use Carvana. Worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Issues after issues. Carvana lost my resgistration paperwork, the first day I got it I checked the oil and It looked really burnt but yet oil life on dashboard said it was 100%. They reset it without changing the oil, oil filter looked really old too and full of mud. GPS did not work. and The day my limited warranty expired the transmission on the car went bad, three months after I spent 40k on a 2016 suburban. I would not expect a vehicle I bought for that much to go bad In 3 months. Now I have to pay for repairs out of pocket. I tried calling them as they said carvana stands with their product and they all said they can’t help. Carvana does not stand with their products. I was planning on buying again if this went good but I changed my mind. Family vehicle is now parked waiting to be fix. 3/3/2020 update, Chevrolet call me today to tell me I need to replace the transmission. Total of $4,500. Very disappointing how I was sold this vehicle in poor conditions. I would not trust Carvana. They don’t care about the customer’. More

I can honestly say, Carvana SHOWED UP & SHOWED OUT! I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu LT with one issue that was an easy fix, which was just a camshaft. The vehicle arrived with twice as much oil in the engine. Plus, it was black, dirty oil. Carvana or the Silver Rock warranty company did not understand and did not address the magnitude of the issue. The oil was not changed and it had 5 and a half quarts too much! That's potential engine damage! It was sluggish, the engine idled rough, and smoked, heavy white clouds of smoke on cold start up. Very obvious. Captured on video and pictures. Silver Rock considered this an exception to my limited warranty when a basic oil change wasn't even performed. Per their approval process at one of their preferred shops, I may have had to wait 24 hours for an oil change? Carvana lied to us!
