Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. I was offered a fair auto loan financing package and received a good used car at a great deal. My car arrived on time with no delays. Even though it's annoying to have my car repaired immediately after purchasing it, I feel like that's the payoff for being able to purchase a car online without annoying and pushy salespeople bothering me. However, there were two exterior problems that needed to be resolved (a cracked tail light and some paint failure on the back of the car). There were also interior stains not noted online that were quite noticeable. With that said, though, Carvana has covered the exterior repairs, and I was able to remove the stains on my own without much difficulty. Overall this was a good experience, and I'll buy from Carvana again in the future. More

I liked the process. But your website needs to be updated better/ more consistently. It had the vehicle that I purchased in Philadelphia, but it was actually somewhere else, which made me wait a lot longe better/ more consistently.
