I love my new Mini (Nautilus.) Other than the 3rd party shipping company, Carvana is where it is to purchase a vehicle.. Only real complaint is the 3rd party shipper that was used to deliver the vehicle to my residence. 2 younger men arrived and unloaded the Mini and mentioned the car was on fumes, but its a fast car. They tossed the keys, put the signed release on the seat and left without a thorough inspection.. The vehicle arrived with more visible scratches that were not shown prior to purchase of vehicle, a nice chunk of paint missing from passenger door, literally had zero fuel upon arrival and 7 miles more than what was advertised. Would rather pickup in person than having a 3rd party ship.. Overall would HIGHLY recommend checking out the inventory if you're looking to purchase a vehicle, you'll be surprised at how simple and easy it is, just be cautious of 3rd party delivery.... More

On the day my delivery was rescheduled they called back stating they needed to reschedule again because they were backlogged with deliveries (at this point my state said online car-shopping was okay to do). Can't blame them for the pandemic. Third time was a charm - they arrived at my home on time and the paperwork was easy to do. Despite the bumps in the road, I would use them again and I would recommend them to others. More

However, when you proceed to sign final documents, there is a place for a co-buyer, HUH? I did not use the high interest rate that Carvana offered and went through my credit union. Even if I used Carvana finance you still could not add a co-buyer. Thankfully my credit union knew the problem and had an easy work-around. More
