The BEST Customer Service !! All my questions were answered, my fears were relieved and so I decided to purchase a car. The first SUV I purchased was a lot taller than expected with bigger tires so when I opened the back deck it would touch the top of my Garage door. I believe it also had warped front rotors. So I decided to return it and purchase one with smaller tires and no roof rack and a year newer. (sounds like the 3 bears story!) The car exchange and new delivery went beautifully and this wonderful young man Thomas delivered my new car and took the other one away. Thomas, was so polite and caring. He asked if I had any questions about the vehicle and he made the second purchase so easy. I would highly recommend Carvana to anyone. Top notch phone personnel and all others were a dream to work with. Thank you Carvana for making this purchase so easy! More

Carvana Helped Us Identify an Ideal Car in 10 Days I purchased a car via the web from Carvana.com, a 2018 model with only 1517 miles on it. We had to wait 10 days for it, but it was well worth it. Fi I purchased a car via the web from Carvana.com, a 2018 model with only 1517 miles on it. We had to wait 10 days for it, but it was well worth it. First, I want to tell you about the web experience. Their site is well organized, as it was easy to set parameters specific to the car we were looking for, the price that we wanted to pay, and the features that we wanted. Every time a car came up that met the filter parameters, I received a notification on my phone. It took us roughly 6 days before we identified the car that we wanted to purchase. Even before we started looking, I submitted the information to use my existing car as a trade-in, and Carvana gave me the dealer's KBB trade-in value + $700. After identifying the car we wanted to purchase, it was time to submit the credit application, images of the paperwork they requested, and images of the car they requested. It took about an hour to do that, and we received approval after submitting it within one minute. My, that was easy compared to the 3 hours it takes to haggle, do the paperwork, and meet with the finance man at the dealer. We received a fair interest rate to use their financing, although we probably could have save 0.75% using a credit union. If you use their financing, you get better deals on the Extended Warranty coverage, which is really comprehensive and better than you can get at a dealer. Our Extended Warranty includes the oil changes and tire rotations for the next 5 years. Throughout the process, I used the chat function on their website, and it was responsive. Was able to connect with an Advisor within 5 minutes, and get my questions answered within 10-20 minutes. The chat sessions were pleasant. You see, we were going through the pandemic and told to stay-at-home, so this was the best option. It worked! Better than having a salesman sharing stories and trying to convince you to buy the auto they have on the lot. When the car was delivered, signing the paperwork took 5 minutes. We were able to test drive the car for 15 minutes. The car was clean, sanitized, and smelled like a new car. This is the 18th car buying I have had, and by far this one was the best out of all of them. Hopefully, I don't have to buy any more vehicles. I would highly recommend Carvana to people who are conscious of their time, need a business to be flexible, and wants to work with a company that values their customers. As with any car, you have to check things out, but you can find young, underdriven, very well taken cars on this site. More
Overall, I have had a great experience with Carvana. I paid cash, so I can’t speak to the financing side. My car was delivered in a timely manner, even with the COVID 19 issues. The only hiccups were talking via chat. During those times, I didn’t always get a clear answer to my questions. However, contact by phone went well. Contact via email also went well. Would recommend Carvana! Would use again! More

Overall I am happy with carvana. Especially during this coronavirus thing going on, they stepped up to the plate when there were no other car dealerships that were willing to conduct business. Simple, painless & convenient way to purchase a vehicle in today's world. I love my new Mini (Nautilus.) Other than the 3rd party shipping company, Carvana is where it is to purchase a vehicle.. Only real complaint is the 3rd party shipper that was used to deliver the vehicle to my residence. 2 younger men arrived and unloaded the Mini and mentioned the car was on fumes, but its a fast car. They tossed the keys, put the signed release on the seat and left without a thorough inspection.. The vehicle arrived with more visible scratches that were not shown prior to purchase of vehicle, a nice chunk of paint missing from passenger door, literally had zero fuel upon arrival and 7 miles more than what was advertised. Would rather pickup in person than having a 3rd party ship.. Overall would HIGHLY recommend checking out the inventory if you're looking to purchase a vehicle, you'll be surprised at how simple and easy it is, just be cautious of 3rd party delivery.... More
