Easy-Peasy...Carvana! From start to finish, the purchase of my new (used) VW eGolf was super easy and stress-free. The selection of used VW eGolfs was excellent. I waited until they listed the color and low mileage I wanted and then it was mine with a click of a button....well, there were a few more steps, but it was a painless process all around. The one disappointment was that we had wanted to pick up the car from the vending machine nearest us but due to COVID-19, the vending machine was closed. But home delivery was also so pleasant. Brianna, the driver arrived exactly on time and abided by all the COVID-19 contact-less protocols. Then the car was mine! And the 7-day return policy put my mind at ease knowing if I didn't like it, I could return it. But we love our new electric "toy." What a game-changer! Thanks Carvana! More

Was not a smooth transaction The vehicle was not in the shape that we were told and shown on website.It took all seven days of trial time to get Silver Rock and Carvana to get rep The vehicle was not in the shape that we were told and shown on website.It took all seven days of trial time to get Silver Rock and Carvana to get repairs ok'ed so vehicle can be brought back to where it should have been when it was dropped off to us.We had to take vehicle to two different shops for estimates and keep calling in to Carvana and silver rock for updates to make sure all work will be done. It will take 10 more days for repairs to be done before we can really enjoy the vehicle. I believe we should get some credit off the purchase of vehicle for all the inconvenience. Would like to have a representative call me to discuss this matter.Thank you More
