They stayed in constant contact and made everything so simple, including the excellent delivery, which was handled so professionally and kept with social distancing rules. I would honestly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and have actually already done so! More
Not quite ready to replace traditional dealerships I love the 2016 Cadillac XTS Vsport Platinum we found on Carvana and the purchasing process was fairly easy. The price was fair. Several problems occurred after the car was delivered. To her credit, the person delivering the car notified us before she came that she "detected a lingering smell of cigarette smoke" when she was getting the car ready to bring to us. We were given the option of rejecting the car before she brought it or she could bring it and we could decide then to either reject it or accept it with a 7 day return policy. I talked with a Carvana advocate. She said they would reimburse us $100 for having the car cleaned inside. We decided to have the car brought to us. It didn't have a slight smell - it reeked from smoke. There is no way this car could have been thoroughly cleaned or detailed before it was brought to us. A car dealer would have never put an expensive car like this on the lot that smelled like that inside. My wife has asthma and is allergic to cigarette smoke. She would not have been able to ride in tat car for long without it causing issues. We decided to keep the car at least for the 7 day return period. I tried 2 different odor eliminators. They didn't help much. I steam cleaned all the carpets in the car and in the trunk. That helped but didn't completely remove the smell. I cleaned every leather surface with a leather cleaner and put a leather conditioner on it. Didn't help much. I tried a vinegar solution on the leather. The car then smelled like a salad for a day. I paid a detailing service $199 (plus tax) to come out and do their odor removal service which involved cleaning the carpets, detailing it inside, and setting off an odor bomb. It helped but did not completely eliminate the smoke smell. Then I cleaned the carpets a second time with an odor neutralizing solution. A little better but the smell was not completely gone. While all this was going on, Carvana announced their plan to defer payments for 90 days with a new purchase. I contacted an advocate who said that yes, I would qualify for that since I was still in the 7 day return period - as long as I met some conditions. One of the conditions was that my employer cannot have informed us of any furlough plans. Mine did. We will all have 2 weeks of unpaid furlough between now and the end of May. I couldn't do the deferral. When she told me I didn't qualify, she said she was sorry for my economic hardship and she would be glad to help me find a different car that I can afford. I told her that I am not having an economic hardship and if I thought I couldn't afford the car I bought I would just turn it back in since I was still in the 7 day period. I didn't say much else because I don't like swearing at people. I wanted to defer the payments for 90 days because who wouldn't? It would be nice to not have a car payment for the next 3 months. I didn't appreciate her comments as I felt like they were condescending and she talked down to me as if I was getting ready to file bankruptcy and stick the financing company with an bad loan. By this time we were close to the deadline to return the car. I had already spent many hours and about $300 to get the smoke smell out. It was much better than when we first received it. We were back and forth on it a lot but we decided to keep the car since it is in such good shape and is a great car - other than what had become a faint, but still noticeable smoke smell. This particular model of car is not easy to find. Apparently they don't make very many at the top tier loaded with every feature imaginable. We were hoping we will eventually get all the smell out with some more products we have ordered. I don't know when the car dealerships will open up again and we wanted to do this car switch now. Carvana would have been great for that but they aren't quite ready for prime time yet. If they want to compete with the brick and mortar dealerships, they need to offer the same level of professionalism. I am convinced that they did nothing more with that car than just sweep it out and maybe wash the exterior. There was still sticker residue on the inside windshield and that smell was so prevalent. No reputable car dealer would have let someone look at a luxury car in that condition - let alone sell it to them. I am retiring in a few years and this may be the last car we buy in a very long time. Next time we buy it will probably not be with an online company because of the problems we had. More

Definitely the best way to buy a car!! My Infiniti Q50 looked brand new. The delivery driver called me prior informing me that he will clean and disinfect the car due to Covid-19 concerns. He literally took an hour to thoroughly clean the entire inside of the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, my Infiniti looked so brand new that I forgot it was used. LOL. They also took care of my registration and plates with the DMV being that I’m in New York. I will purchase from Carvana again!! Even my co-worker is getting a vehicle from Carvana as well. More

Fantastic Expieriance I was involved in a no-fault accident, someone hit me and totaled my car, I was left with very little money and no car at the start of Covid19, My wif I was involved in a no-fault accident, someone hit me and totaled my car, I was left with very little money and no car at the start of Covid19, My wife was scheduled for a major back operation in another city, and no way to get her there. I had ordered a vehicle that I liked from another dealer and the car was being shipped to my dealer in my city when all businesses shut down. I was forced to try Carvana and I am extremely happy that I did. They found the same type, color and year car that I wanted with fewer miles, the telephone associates were so helpful and walked me through every easy step to set up the purchase. They delivered my car on time the day I was expecting it. Gave me an hour to drive it to inspect it and look it over. If I decided not to purchase the driver would have just taken the car back but I loved it. driver finalized the paperwork and the car was mine, at this point I had 7 days to return it for a full refund if I decided not to buy it. I found an issue that I was not sure they would fix and they fixed that without one argument and without any money out of my pocket. I would recommend this experience to anyone they turned a bad situation into a fun amazing experience. I am a happy customer. Thank you, Carvana More
