Worse car buying experience I have ever had! After speaking with the advocate about needing to transfer my disabled tag to the new car 3 times, speaking with 4 other advocates regrading the need After speaking with the advocate about needing to transfer my disabled tag to the new car 3 times, speaking with 4 other advocates regrading the need to have my tags transferred, they did not transfer my tags and issued me a new tag. This created an issue whereas I had to pay property tax on the new vehicle (I had just paid the taxes on the trade in 3 weeks prior). I was then told that they could see in the notes where I contacted several people about needing to transfer my tags and that if I paid the taxes they would reimburse me. Well what do you knw, as soon as I pay the taxes on the new car I received a call from a supervisor explaining to me that the advocate who told me that was wrong and they were not going to be abler to reimburse me for my expenses even though this issue was created by Carvana employees not properly completing the paperwork. So not only do I lose the money, but I had to surrender my disabled tags and reapply for a new one which might get here in the next 4 weeks. I don't recommend Carvana because after the sake you are forced to speak with people on the phone about your issues and not the individuals who made the mistake, Buy at your own risk!! More

I can't recommend this company at all, given my experience with them this week. The free shipping, or shipping at all, was a blatant lie in my case. Working 7 days a week, that was the major sel experience with them this week. The free shipping, or shipping at all, was a blatant lie in my case. Working 7 days a week, that was the major selling point. I had two agents tell me free delivery and as soon as I got a loan from my bank I was informed that delivery only applies to people who finance through the website. I wasn't going to be able to have my car delivered at all. Very frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Maybe I missed some fine print and for some reason the agents didn't tell me. I had everything they requested done promptly, put insurance on the car almost a week before it was supposed to be available for pick up, loan approved, conference call with carvana and my bank to verify funds available. Had a pick up date set so I used my only vacation day for that day. Walking out of the bank with cashier's check in hand, I look at my phone and see I now have a deadline for new documents to be submitted that's 10 minutes away. I immediately call them and it took 25 minutes to get through to someone, that put me past the deadline, so I lost my pick up date. Just like that. The only vacation day I had available was just wasted. I spent 4 hours back and forth with them on the phone(while at work, trying to salvage my pick up date/only vacation day), being told a supervisor would call me in 5 minutes and half hour later no call, wait on hold another half hour and get disconnected from the agent, try the chat option and multiple agents read my situation and simply exited the chat room. Finally I talk to a supervisor and all this person has to offer me for my week of wasted time and frustration, is that he's sorry and can under no circumstances have the vehicle delivered to me. Even if I pay for it. (I'm out of vacation days and work 7 days a week, it would be weeks before I'm able to pick it up that far away). I had no choice but to cancel the order. Now I have to cancel the loan from my bank, cancel the insurance policy, and start all over on my vehicle hunt with a company that will actually deliver the vehicle as advertised. Roll the dice with them if you want, but what a horrible experience I had. I recommend literally any other company. Whatever I buy, it most definitely will not be from them. The vehicle had mechanical issues and more exterior scratches , chips than shown on your website. There’s even a fender panel loose. Never again will I be buying from you or recommending Carvana to any scratches , chips than shown on your website. There’s even a fender panel loose. I was in and out in 45 mins and I love my car! I loved that I was able to settle my financial terms online and pick out the exact car I wanted. Carvana is the WORST experience that I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle, and I go through vehicles every 3-5 years. My delivery of delayed twice. The second time I had to contact them, 30 minutes be purchasing a vehicle, and I go through vehicles every 3-5 years. My delivery of delayed twice. The second time I had to contact them, 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, to find out it was rescheduled. I was absolutely sold a vehicle that was never gone through even though it was a "Market Place" vehicle. I had the car one day and it had starting problems. I had to buy a battery because of a dead cell. I had the car for less than two weeks and found out the rear breaks were metal to metal. I am on the road for my job and could have been hurt, or worse, killed. Luckily that was under warranty. I also have had to have the serpentine belt replaced. Good QC job Carvana. Word of mouth is very effective and the words I have for Carvana are nothing but bad. That is what all of the people I come in contact with hear. More
Worst buying experience ever! I will not use them again. The vehicle had 10,000 more miles than advertised. I spoke to one individual and they offered a solution I clled back that I will not use them again. The vehicle had 10,000 more miles than advertised. I spoke to one individual and they offered a solution I clled back that day to accept and they retracted the resolution. More
Everything Carvana said was given when I purchased my vehicle. I know purchasing a vehicle online is a risk, I love my vehicle even though it has been at shop since 3rd day I had it. vehicle. I was so excited to pick up my car (2nd driver) from Carvana and experience the whole thing. I arrived at the dealership, got the Mini Cooper I had ordered and it was seamless. I drove around for a few Carvana and experience the whole thing. I arrived at the dealership, got the Mini Cooper I had ordered and it was seamless. I drove around for a few hours and stopped for some errands. When I got back in the car I used the alternate key fob given and it rendered my car un-startable. I called and had to get it towed to the dealership to have it looked at….4 hours after picking it up. I then had to called Silver rock (their company that deals with repair claims) and ask them how to obtain a rental car and they verified they reimburse after the fact for $40/day and any other costs like Lyft or Uber costs. My car was at Mini Cooper and they contacted Silver rock to start the process of getting this key fob issue fixed. As the dealership looked and did full diagnostics, not only was the key fob an aftermarket fob that did a full reset of the starting system, but they also found about $5000 worth of mechanical issues wrong with the car and advised me that there was NO WAY the “150 point maintenance check” that Carvana claims to do would not have seen these things. So…… they sold me a car knowing it had mechanical issues, which is so disheartening. I then submitted my reimbursement claim for the car rental and Lyft rides I had to pay for ($175) and checked status today only to find out that “they don’t have any record of a claim” and I don’t get my money back. I returned the car within the 7 day window, got my deposit back, and have walked away disgusted and disheartened by the entire thing. Such a disappointing experience that I thought would be so great.
