The process leading up to the pick up/test o the vehicle was seamless and easy -no problems at all. The day of pick up was great as well. Our appointment time was met and the car was as described. The staf was seamless and easy -no problems at all. The day of pick up was great as well. Our appointment time was met and the car was as described. The staff were fun and friendly. We truly enjoyed the process and this is not typical of our history of buying a car. Thank you! More
The online site needs to have better standards of inspections. The vehicle I purchased only had two cosmetic details noted. Upon receiving my vehicle I notated seven along with bald tires and a six y inspections. The vehicle I purchased only had two cosmetic details noted. Completely awful experience! Do business else ware, their advertisement assertions of customer care are a complete myth. After 3 weeks of being strung along, 3 pickup reschedul Do business else ware, their advertisement assertions of customer care are a complete myth. After 3 weeks of being strung along, 3 pickup reschedules, and no explanations as to why other then "Well this is what my system is telling me", I told them to keep it. I was more then willing to make the 5 hours drive to one of their hubs to collect the vehicle because the would deliver it to me. Took time off of work on two occasions to make the trip because I had received multiple communications that the vehicle was ready, on to me called off and rescheduled at the last second. Even after calling the night before to verify that everything was set they find issues with the vehicle inspection that should have happened long before 24 hour prior to my pickup. Even when they canceled, I kept getting assurances from emails and live people on the phone that they were ready for me to pick it up. Awful logistics, 2 of 7 customer service reps were any help at all, no regard for purchasers time. To top everything off, they had no problem cashing my lenders check way before the vehicle even arrived at the pickup hub. More
We had gotten all of our paperwork and financials in line and had a cashiers check waiting. We decided on a huge down so that the financing could be used to build my daughters credit. On the 28th we were promised a 31st delivery… the day came and went… no delivery. Getting through to customer service is an act of God and took three hours each time talking to people who work from home and can't even transfer you to their supervisor! We were then put through the entire process again because they "accidentally released the car." Then a delivery was promised for the 3rd. Again the delivery time passed and we never got the car! Now we are stuck with a car that was ready for trade in and the whole process of reversing the financing and getting the down back. Not to mention the hit to everyone's credit, to no avail! After all this we dont even want their car! I have had better experiences getting knee reconstruction and dental surgery. DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA! They have had their licenses revoked in several states for bad business practices and now I see why! After researching, I found several law suits pending against them. Wish I had done the homework before engaging with them. What seems easy is not always how it follows through. More
Worst car buying experience ever, not just this specific location but Carvana entirely. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, honestly even the bad dealership experience is better than this. I have spend over 10 hours on the phone during the buying process and after to solve issues they caused. Will also need to spend over 8 hours corrected there errors in terms of issues with vehicle and registration errors they made. This will also cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA. Save yourself hours of headaches and pain. More
