They gave me more than I expected for my trade, and the process was fast and seamless, and I was notified the entire time of the steps. The new (used) car purchase was so easy as well. The car I selected was great, but it didn't feel right, and on the last day of my trial, I called Carvana and told them I wanted to return the car. The agent was so kind and understanding, and she explained the process. I was told to select a different vehicle, and she would take it from there. I finally ended up getting my Subaru Outback last week, and I could not be happier with it. Carvana made the entire process easy. I would do this again, and I would recommend this to others as well.
