My wife is lori Bogle, she is the purchaser of the 2019 kia forte. Her email address is bogleloril@gmail.com. we have had this car for 4 months and 4 days. Kia service department did a video of underneath the kia and was shocked by what carvana's team did to make a sale. We are patiently waiting for a carvana representative to get back to us so we can reverse this transaction. Broken bolts and sealant pressed into the bolt holes and cracked gaskets is not ok.
