This has been the most pleasant car buying experience. The customer service is wonderful. During the 7 day trial period we had the vehicle inspected by our family mechanic. There were a few minor issues f The customer service is wonderful. During the 7 day trial period we had the vehicle inspected by our family mechanic. There were a few minor issues found with a shock and Carvana replaced with high rated brand. Definitely recommend More

I have bought several cars through Carvana & because the process has been so easy previously I decided to go back to them for the trade-in I wanted to do. The process this time has been the worst car buying process has been so easy previously I decided to go back to them for the trade-in I wanted to do. The process this time has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. And that includes AutoNation bait & switches. Their representatives didn’t complete the 10-day payoff verification in the system after I sat on a 3way call w/ them. This caused me to have to go through everything again because not only did they cancel my order, I lost my delivery date & have to wait another week. Spent 4 hours on the phone w/ 5 different representatives yesterday & they won’t do anything. I asked at the least they waive my delivery fee for the trouble. Escalation finally called this morning & offered $200 after 7 day trial period. Not even close to the delivery fee. I may as well have gone to a dealership if I wanted to waste 4 hours of my day. The point of Carvana is to be quick & not time consuming. At least a dealership would’ve given me coffee & a swag bag. Surely they can do better than $200 2 weeks from now. It’s all their delivery trucks. They control the process. They can waive a delivery fee. They just won’t! I’ll never buy from them again. Might even cancel another order I have pending for my wife. More
