Hard to community st times. People contacted did have a grasp of shot I needs. 26k snd you can’t get me decent Key FOB? No front plate. Your offered one did not fit right snd I turned it down. Bought my own. And FOB’s also. The car is beautiful in like new condition. But you guys cheap out in the process. Way too much back and forth on the phone/ computer. It’s the little things that are remembered at the end. More

Underwriting department unaccountable, dismissive, and rude in response to check concerns. Turned out they did not do due diligence in verifying check and I had toinsist they call the bank branch directl rude in response to check concerns. Wonderful experiencing from beginning to end. I don’t feel like I got as much for my trade-in as I could have, but it was so easy. I’m glad I chose Carvana. I’m nervous about how long it’s going I don’t feel like I got as much for my trade-in as I could have, but it was so easy. I’m glad I chose Carvana. I’m nervous about how long it’s going to take to complete the registration process but overall I’d recommend Carvana. The text support is very lacking. I’d recommend some upgrades in that department for sure. More
