The entire experience was flawless. I financed through my own credit union and that didn’t pose any issues at all. Everything was pretty much done online, there was only a few documents I had to sign at time own credit union and that didn’t pose any issues at all. The initial purchase and delivery was a nice experience and seamless, Joe was very helpful and friendly; car was amazing. Customer service was a bit spotty after. The driver took pictures of the tail lights which were dislodged from the vehicle and advised I would hear from Carvana promptly. It is now more than two weeks and no one has called. Delivery was two hours later than scheduled. More

I looked over the photos and the details, noticed that their site says they only sell cars that have no accidents on their record and was ready to move forward with the purchase. But then it said that a purchase was pending by another car buyer. Bummer. But I kept an eye on it and eventually it came up for sale again. I was excited and proceeded with the purchase process spending a lot of time filling out forms and reading over disclosures, etc. on carvana's website, opening an account and doing other due diligence. I invested a few hours of my time and energy in this. As part of the due diligence I thought I would check the Carfax even though carvana says they don't have any cars with accident records listed on their site. There was some minor damage to the front listed as an accident on the Carfax. I asked Carvana about this and they said that it must have slipped through their system of checks and that they could no longer sell me the car because they don't sell cars that have any accident on the record. I have been looking for a car like this for several months as mentioned and would still be interested in purchasing it for a reduced price since it has some damage on it's history. However they would not sell it to me and will not even tell me what they were going to do with the car so that I could follow up and try to purchase it in some other way. Thanks for nothing, carvana. Disappointed with substantial cosmetic damage I chose a 2017 BMW X3 from Carvana’s inventory based on the relatively low mileage and the absence of cosmetic damage. The listing indicated there wer I chose a 2017 BMW X3 from Carvana’s inventory based on the relatively low mileage and the absence of cosmetic damage. The listing indicated there were “slight scrstches” on the right passenger door. When the car arrived, I discovered numerous visible scratches and paint chips down to the base coat on both the left and right panels. There were also small dents covering the hood, as if it had been regularly driven through gravel. The Carvana associate agreed that there was substantial damage and took several pictures. He said that Carvana would either have the car repainted or give me a partial refund for the body work. After the associate left, I discovered that the license plate was not actually attached: Carvana had driven two screws through the body rather than using the bolts for that purpose, causing additional damage. Finally, the run-flat spare tire was missing, although it was advertised in the specifications. As instructed by the associate, I waited to hear from Carvana, but no response. I finally contacted them and learned that the associate had notated the damage, but never uploaded the photos. I was asked to take my own photos and upload them to the site, which I did.. Carvana said I would be called upon review. They never called. Instead, they sent an email claiming that the damage was acceptable wear and tear; to add insult to injury, they said I had 24 hours to decide whether I wanted a refund, and I did not see the email until that time expired. I am so disappointed with the misrepresentation and the poor customer service. I will never buy from them again. More
