It was great, on time. I got a text message an hour before delivery asking me to send pictures of me holding my drivers license and copy of insurance papers. It was completely touchless and sanitized. before delivery asking me to send pictures of me holding my drivers license and copy of insurance papers. It was completely touchless and sanitized. They even offered To replace the floor mats that didn’t match. If that happens I will state it was excellent customer service More

I took an entire week looking at vehicles with specific features and finally had to make a quick decision because several cars I really wanted would get locked so I chose the Jeep Patriot and waited excite features and finally had to make a quick decision because several cars I really wanted would get locked so I chose the Jeep Patriot and waited excitedly until it arrived- about 5 days later. I took it for a test drive in immediately noticed it did not have two features that I was looking for on the description of the vehicle it had the features but when you compare the vehicles that wasn’t shown accurately is what the man who delivered the vehicle told me. So we returned the vehicle with the 7day return policy but when I went back to look at the other vehicles I had saved they had all been locked/sold so I had to settle with another vehicle not exactly what I was looking for but felt like I had no choice since I only had 7 days to choose so I felt rushed and obligated. Not a good experience and stressful! More

Not at easy as your commercials say it is. It is still easier to go to a dealership, haggle a price and deal with service managers than it is to do everything online. The only redeeming qualit It is still easier to go to a dealership, haggle a price and deal with service managers than it is to do everything online. The only redeeming quality is that instead of a test drive around the block, you can get a couple of days with the car to decide if you'd like to keep it. The Pros: The car showed up. The Cons: The car does not come with state inspection and emissions. If that is anywhere on your website, it is probably buried in some 20 page, 8 font disclaimer that is designed for nobody to read. It bothers me to think that I just purchased a car that will potentially need some sort of repair which completely voids the point of me purchasing a newer car. Sure, I get a warranty with it, but it doesn't cover wear and tear things, items that would be replaced at a dealership. It also takes for absolutely ever if you want to pick the car up. I was going to go that route because i figured it would be faster than having to schedule a delivery. It was nearly a week longer than having it delivered. Also, the level of detailing the vehicle was absolutely impeccable (note heavy sarcasm). I don't know who wiped the windows down, it may have been Helen Keller or quite possibly a disgruntled employee. I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing they could do such a poor job. I'm thinking that the detailers are probably given a hundred cars a day to do and must rush from car to car because the amount of dried wax that was all over the car tells that story. Don't worry though, much like the state inspection and emissions, I'll take care of it. The amount of phone calls I've had to take in order to purchase this car are starting to border on an emotionally unstable ex-girlfriend. I just took a phone call two weeks after receiving the car, something about verifying my payment information. If this was a regular dealership, this would have all been done up front. They would have handed me the keys, thrown on that fake smile and sent me on my way knowing they are just a little bit richer. In the end, would I do this again? Probably not. I paid dealership price for a car that couldn't be sold on a dealership's lot due to the amount of imperfections in the paint (most of which were covered on the website but a bunch that are now becoming visible as the car is accumulating road grime). I just dread the fact that somebody may potentially contact me about this negative review. Unless you're going to give some money back to me, don't even bother. My initial impression of the buying process was positive at first but as the days ticked by, you get to thinking about it and in the end, I'm not as happy as I once thought I was. Oh yeah, I completely forgot about my first experience with the car. My excitement was quickly dashed as my wife and I had gone out for take-out. I had established a no eating rule in the car. "It's too nice" I exclaimed. Armed with fresh food, a new car and my best girl on my arm, I put my foot on the brake, press the engine start button and I'm met with the sound of nothing. 94 minutes later a tow truck arrives, 93 1/2 minutes after the no eating rule had gone out the window taking with it the excitement of having a new car. While I waited, I chatted with a customer service rep that told me that if the car is in the shop being fixed during my 7 day hassle free period, that time still counts and if the repair lasts longer than the 7 days then I'm xxxx out of luck. During one of the many post purchase calls, a customer service rep told me that I could have it fixed with my warranty which is about to be in the works. I've found that this seems to be a common problem with these cars, but it's something that would have likely manifested itself while on your lot because more times than not, I'm met with the sound of silence and not a starter motor.
