Easy purchase process but lacking car prep Purchased 2014 F-150. Very easy process to apply for financing. Same process that takes you hours sitting at the dealer salesman's desk and shaking hands with every manager that pretends to care to give you best deal takes 20 minutes online without any xxxxxxxx. Car delivery was on time as promised. Although I wish I had more ability to track my car as its being transported from another state. Carvana's delivery status did not update until they pulled up to my house. One thing that Carvana is lacking in my opinion is car preparation. Car was washed, vacuum cleaned and waxed. However there were many places where wax was left not wiped. Since car was transported without cover it was covered with dust and water spots from rain. FM radio reception was terrible what ended up being due to antenna cable falling out of antenna mount. I had to correct it myself. Power seat was making noise while moving in and out of driving position. Had to apply WD40 to correct that. I'm surprised Carvana's Quality Control did not notice these issues. Small things here and there that are usually taken care of by a dealer were missed by Carvana. Overall I think Carvana got purchasing process figured out and I would buy another car from them again. What they need to work on is a WOW factor at delivery. More

So far so good. My one complaint is I was on the phone with a CSR, we got disconnected. No attempt was made to return my call. I ended just contacting Carvana via chat. I so badly want to rate your service higher. Everyone I spoke to was professional and very helpful. The problem I cant over look is the approval process for repairs for damage that was not disclosed in th spoke to was professional and very helpful. The problem I cant over look is the approval process for repairs for damage that was not disclosed in the advertisement. First there was a data entry problem so my complaint was not submitted. Then I called back and got this corrected only to not receive any notification within the promised 48 hours. I texted in a chat window and got a generic "24-48 hours message". The next morning (the last day of my 7 day trail) an agent saw that everything had been approved days ago but he could not explain why I didnt get an email. I had gotten every other email along the way and nothing in my spam folder. So the communication was really questionable. Also the damage I found on this vehicle would give me pause to ever buy again because it was so much worse than disclosed. An entire door and frame had been repainted (badly), two large dents that completely penetrate the paint leaving the car susceptible to rust, paint scraped completley off the front bumper. None of this was disclosed in the online advert. What was disclosed was 3 paint chips. There were over 40, I know I fixed them. My dealership inspected the vehicle and the oil filter your mechanics put in was ill fitting. He showed me a smashed filter which he had to yank out because it wasn't designed for german cars. Finally it was filthy when it arrived, your website uses the words buff, wax, detail to describe how the car will be delivered. All that was bull. Filthy and scratched all to xxxx with fine scritches and scratches so there was no buff or wax done. I paid over $300 for a pro detail job and NOW it looks like your website promised it would. Summarily, service was very professional and I will love this car once it's up to the standard I expected from reading your website. The process and product presented at the beginning disappoints me. I would mention that NONE of my disappointment comes from the individuals with whom I had direct contact. Every single one was professional, helpful, and courteous. Just get your product right and you'd be fine. More

Only one issues was with communication between delivery and one of their representatives, but that was resolved quickly and car was delivered, with minimal contact. I would recommend Carvana and will shop for my next car from them. More
