Great experience with both Carvana and Silverrock warranty. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox LT, 15000 miles. The car was clean inside and out. Ran into a couple issues, key fobs were not as describe warranty. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox LT, 15000 miles. The car was clean inside and out. Ran into a couple issues, key fobs were not as described and the rear brakes were squeaking. Silverrock made an exception for the $0 deducible and I was able to take my vehicle to the local dealer. Had the rear brakes replaced and ordered 2 brand new fobs for the car. No problems, no issues, no wait. The vehicle was inspected by the dealer and is in tip top shape. I am happy about my purchase and would highly recommend. More
