This is the second car I have bought from Carvana and I have had the most enjoyable car buying experience. They are super honest up front about everything. Financing is made easy. If you don’t like your car you car return it, no questions asked, in the first 7 days. I recommend people do their research as they shop on vehicle quality, mileage, etc, but that is the case whenever you buy a car, (especially a used car). Love Carvana. Will never use anything else again. More

This was a very difficult process to go through. After I purchased it on the first day, the second day the car was up for sale again and I had to restart the process. Then I had to sign the contracts three purchased it on the first day, the second day the car was up for sale again and I had to restart the process. Then I had to sign the contracts three times in the RTA 3 different times. I had an original delivery date and then it was changed to five days later. The driver was then 45 minutes late and the car exterior was not very clean. The passenger seat belt would not fasten and the side warning indicators were working intermittently. I thought it would be easy from what your commercial say, but it would’ve been much easier for me just to walk into a dealership with money and drive away with a car. More
