You already offered $250, but did not offer to advise us of what exactly went wrong and how you will prevent this from happening in the future. As I mentioned to your advocates, we have recommended MANY people with two successful sales from this same location. With our most recent experience, I will NOT recommend your dealership again unless I know how you will make changes so that this will NOT happen again. Your manager advocate even acknowledged that there was not one misstep but SEVERAL missteps that were alarming.
