I had a delay in my delivery and a little run around. But got an amazing customer service rep who was so kind and thoughtful and resolved the issue. He also shared that I had a dog with the gentleman who de got an amazing customer service rep who was so kind and thoughtful and resolved the issue. He also shared that I had a dog with the gentleman who delivered and there was a present for her in the car. The gentleman who delivered was also so kind and thoughtful and thorough. I love the car. I totally recommend Carvana!!! More

Nobody was at the site for our appointment for car pickup despite being confirmed hours before nor could anyone be reached via phone, text, or email. Interestingly enough they had no issues bombarding us wi despite being confirmed hours before nor could anyone be reached via phone, text, or email. Interestingly enough they had no issues bombarding us with sales texts and emails prior to this. Only awarded one star rather than none because Victor saved the day. Returning from a delivery, he made sure our daughter received her car. She had been excited about purchasing her first car from the vending machine since this was Carvana’s specialty, but she didn’t even get that. The car was never loaded in the machine despite us telling the original rep how important that was to her. Very big letdown as this was our fifth car purchase from Carvana and now will likely be our last, as customer service has seriously deteriorated. May we suggest you go back to the basics and overhaul your customer service back to your roots. In the beginning of your business, y’all were unbeatable, now meh.... More

Everything went very smooth, only problem was one of the tires got a bubble in it the second day of owning it and they would not replace the tire , they would only put a spare on. This was my first big girl purchase without the help of my parents and he just made the process, not only quick and easy but it 100x’s more awesome!! This was my first big girl purchase without the help of my parents and he just made the process, not only quick and easy but also fun!! Even went out of his way to get me a congratulations gift when delivering my new vehicle. I don’t understand why people don’t use Carvana more often. The process online was super quick and made it easy to filter out the stuff that I wanted for my car but was still able to stay within my budget. Beats staying at dealerships for hours on end! More

Happy, happy,Joy,joy OMG the simplicity of the whole experience is simply amazing. i did the whole browsing, to purchasing on my phone in an hour. Seriously!! From getting a value for my car that i wanted to trade-in; to picking the car that i needed to swap it for to uploading my driver's license and insurance car...Everything is simple. The people that i spoke with were genuinely helpful and sincere. And made the whole experience one that i would be happy to do again in the future. The car was delivered on time and looked amazing. I was thrilled with my delivery guy who was outstanding and knowledgeable. Even the Silver Rock insurance people were fantastic as my car needed a new battery because it wasn't operating at full capacity. They "rocked" the whole experience too!! I am a Believer in Carvana.
