Silver rock is denying the request because I was not able get an appointment with the repair facility before the 100 days, even though the problem started before that. The repair facility has reched out as well and has been denied on what appears to be a very lame technicality.

My $35K bought less than 4 months ago is going to have to be sold for salvage. Kind of amazing that I lost $30,000 dollars due to a couple days to schedule an appointment. ( I also could not drive the vehicle due to having my foot in a cast during this time)This was not an issue that could be looked at just anywhere. I can only assume that Carvana and Silver Rock makes a habit of taking advantage of their customers.
