Oh I also forgot to mention that the first day I received my vehicle, along with the terrible wet dog smell from the interior, I noticed a burning rubber smell every time I drove, which was coming from the exterior right hand side. I had to take it in for maintenance the next day and the repairman found a toy stuck under the hood somewhere, rubbing on a belt which was causing the burning rubber smell. Luckily, that smell went away after the repairman removed the foreign object, but I was very disappointed that this was not dealt with by Carvana before they sold the car, given that they boast “150 point inspection before selling any vehicle.” The interior still reeks and they still have not picked up my vehicle for the return and I’ve had the car for about a month now so I’ve been paying insurance on it and I have not been refunded for the loan amount until it’s picked up so am unable to purchase a different vehicle. As I said before, I really hope my negative car buying experience from them was an exception. -Kyra Mitts
