Do NOT buy through Carvana I REALLY wish I had not purchased my car through Carvana. They invest heavy on the front-end to make sure the purchase and delivery of the vehicle is I REALLY wish I had not purchased my car through Carvana. They invest heavy on the front-end to make sure the purchase and delivery of the vehicle is smooth-sailing (making Carvana super attractive to the prospective buyer). If you have any mechanical/registration issue following purchase of the vehicle, however, you are absolutely SCREWED, and left completely on your own. I was sold a vehicle with brakes that had been damaged by the previous owner. In addition, I was sold a vehicle with a recalled part (steering column). It has been a BEYOND frustrating and disappointing process to get it resolved (involving about 6 days of my time transporting to and from repair facilities and technicians). They have had the nerve to express how generous they are being with offering to pay the bill for the repair, even though this was a result of their COMPLETE FAILURE to practice due diligence in terms of inspecting the vehicle prior to selling it (I purchased it at only 13,000 miles). Separate from this issue, Carvana (by their own admittance) failed to give me any information about me having to get a VIN inspection done. This caused my temporary registration to expire, leaving me with an unusable car. Oh, and want to get a hold of Carvana to get a question answered or an issue troubleshooted? Well, hope you have more than 1 HOUR to spare to get a hold of anyone. More

Not only did I find the car I was looking for quickly, I was able to easily see all the available options to rule specific cars in or out of my search. It was easy to save "favorite" cars for comparison. I decided to ask for a Trade In offer and was really very happy with how easy that was and even happier with the trade in amount applied to the purchase of our new car. I would highly recommend Carvana to others and will return to them in the future. I also like that we didn't have to go through a finance person like car dealerships make you do - this is so frustrating for me because I always pay cash for cars and can't stand haggling with the dealer finance people. No hassles at all with Carvana! More
