Laughable customer service. I've never experienced a worse vehicle purchase. Carvana will push you and harass you on your purchase trying to get you to meet their ridiculously I've never experienced a worse vehicle purchase. Carvana will push you and harass you on your purchase trying to get you to meet their ridiculously tight deadlines to turn verifications in no matter the circumstances (even if banks are closed for holidays) and threaten you with losing the vehicle you're attempting to purchase if you don't meet them. Then, day of your delivery date, they will find some issue and delay your delivery multiple times for weeks completely wasting your time with empty promises and fake apologies while putting you on hold to ask what the issues are because the "notes" they leave on your account are either non existent or false. After all of that, when you see what kind of compensation they can give you for delaying your order a month, they spit in your face with their "maximum" $250 discount when their delivery fee is $500. Even now they scheduled a call with me to discuss our order and it is two hours past our scheduled time. No call. We are 100% cancelling our order and certainly not recommending them to anyone we know. More

I picked the car, gave them access to my bank account, then they said I needed a cashier's check. I went to get the car and paid in full, $24K, and got a test drive to the rear of the building to put air then they said I needed a cashier's check. They reported online that the vehicle had 2 imperfections, we immediately found 5. I followed their instructions and reported the defects, and I was told that you have to be able to see it from 5 ft away and that a 5-inch scratch on the bumper was cosmetic. I spent the next 2 days trying to return the vehicle. Finally, they came to pick it up and I got no receipt, only hurry up and wait for my refund. Very frustrating and stressful, they don't even follow their own rules! More

In one word terrible. The car I bought (wich was not a cheap one) lasted 98 days before the coolant sytem malfunctioned and the engine blew. Although the delivery of my car was delayed by almost 4 weeks, which caused a minor to insignificant inconvenience in my personal life, i'm still very pleased with the condition of the car and the fact tha weeks, which caused a minor to insignificant inconvenience in my personal life, i'm still very pleased with the condition of the car and the fact that any issues that it had were taken care of at all. This probably saved me time and expenses down the road so I appreciate receiving this car right after a maintenance check. Devin, who delivered the car, was also full of knowledge and made me feel super comfortable with the whole process. I wanted to give 4-stars for not knowing what was wrong with the car until it was delivered and Devin let me know, but Carvana gets 5-stars because this process beats going to a dealership ANY DAY!
