They sold us Chevy Sonic 2014 ODO 16k miles. We paid $10k extra over price for low mileage vehicle and it still broken. Won't start 10 days before 100 days basic warranty expires. Garag We paid $10k extra over price for low mileage vehicle and it still broken. Won't start 10 days before 100 days basic warranty expires. Garage says, it is misfiring so maybe head gas kit is bad, ignition is bad, plugs are gone, coil needs replacing, computer is broken. Took it to nearest garage, CARVANA is charging us $200 deductible plus no car to go to work now. If your car breaks down you take it to nearest repair facility rather than their few selected so called approved facilities. I now have over $20k loan on me, and no car to go to work. Pulled up to a beautiful vehicle in amazing condition for the year and mileage then drove it off and nothing sounded healthy so I called and had it looked at and it was thousands of $$ worth of work that it the year and mileage then drove it off and nothing sounded healthy so I called and had it looked at and it was thousands of $$ worth of work that it needed luckily it was under the 7 day 400 mile warranty and was all normal Wear and tear stuff but was not pleased all these things were missed prior to the sale of the vehicle. I should have not been given a vehicle in that condition. Needed new wheel bearings (2), new struts , rear rotors cv axel and breaks new tire , alignment, and more. And I had to replace a break light on the first night More

I will never purchase from Carvana again. They made an error related to my funds transfer on a car I ultimately returned that caused many problems when purchasing my replacement car which was They made an error related to my funds transfer on a car I ultimately returned that caused many problems when purchasing my replacement car which was a 100% cash sale. I spent many, many hours on the phone and never fully resolved. It would have been much easier and less frustrating to just buy from a brick and mortar dealer. More
