I should have not been given a vehicle in that condition. Needed new wheel bearings (2), new struts , rear rotors cv axel and breaks new tire , alignment, and more. And I had to replace a break light on the first night More

I will never purchase from Carvana again. I spent many, many hours on the phone and never fully resolved. It would have been much easier and less frustrating to just buy from a brick and mortar dealer. More
went through the process to trade my car in, picked a car, signed my contracts, and had a delivery date scheduled. 24 hours before delivery, they sent me an email that said, “sorry, we can’t sell you thi car, signed my contracts, and had a delivery date scheduled. 24 hours before delivery, they sent me an email that said, “sorry, we can’t sell you this car. We’ll call you in 24 hours to explain why.” I called them immediately, and got my call escalated to a rep. He told me that they didn’t have the car. Wait… the pictures show Carvana plates on the car, and there was a so called 150 point inspection. How do you do that without having the car? I’m staying very far away from this business. My BS meter is pinging like mad. I had switched my car after this, but I cancelled that too and just went to a dealership. 12 hours later, I had a charger hellcat and Carvana is disappearing very quickly in the rear view mirror. I rejected this car two time. the second time was because the first problems were not fixed. The cabin air filter was never changed as part of the first. Really enjoyed finding the vehicle and have no complaints about it. Just 2 issues. 1) The first delivery day was scheduled for a Friday at 4:30 PM and I made plans accordingly. I got a called 10 MINUTES befo about it. Just 2 issues. 1) The first delivery day was scheduled for a Friday at 4:30 PM and I made plans accordingly. I got a called 10 MINUTES before that time to let me know that there was an issue with the inspection and had to reschedule for the following week. No good. Other than that, the delivery went great and the vehicle is in great condition.. Another thing I didn't love is that people on the chat or texting sometimes take too long to answer and don't seem to be on the same page as on the phone employees. More
