I have had discussions with field advocates cust service and corporate cust sercive. Because the field advocate at delivery did not submit all the photos of items i pointed out at delivey and i didnt follow up to make sure they did their job or resubmit everything within the 7 day window nothing can or will be done. As I stated to cust services, what your telling me is because the field advocate was incompetent and didnt do what they said they would this is now out of pocket for me, answer- yes.
