I swapped my car. .so that process was very smooth...but I received a car that needed bearings....there was a very loud noise coming from the new car!!! The price was great on both ends of the transaction. Most of the process went quite well. There were a couple of hiccups in the paperwork that delayed getting the car. Vehicle was listed with 2 sets of keys. Dealership forgot to include the vehicle’s floor mats and second key fob. It was like pulling teeth to get Carvana to get these items to me. The replacement mats are generic and don’t fit the car very well. Interior of vehicle was gross, there was stains on the carpeting and spilled coffee or something ground into the cup holder in the back seat. Super disappointing. More
