I was extremely impressed on how every rep there was so patient with me. I really wanted a certain car I wasn’t seeing available so each time I changed my mind, they just rolled my info over to another veh patient with me. At the last minute the car I was looking for became available! I am very happy with my Nissan Altima. I didn’t think you guys were real, just a gimmick. People they ARE REAL and super attentive! From start to finish to today...nothing (other than a quality vehicle) has been acceptable. Car arrived a week later than promised. Car arrived filthy- i had to clean it before use. All 4 tires were low on air pressure...had to fill them myself to make sure there wasn't a sensor problem or defective tires. Paperwork has been a mess - saying they don't have documents which THEY PICKED UP upon delivery. Hold times on the phone are ridiculous. Seems to be a lot of new people trying to navigate their way... One hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. This was my first experience with Carvana. Not sure i'd risk it again or recommend it to others. I doubt my voicing these concerns will prompt a reply or resolution from Carvana. More
